INTRODUCTION
European laws are those types of laws which are formed by the European Union and under this
those regulations are there which are formed by European Union. This Union has its origin from
a very long period of time and cover lot of different aspect related to welfare of all countries part
of it. Internal market are those types of market that is present under European Union which
allows free movement of goods, services, capital is assured and also under which the barriers
realted to trade are less. Nature of internal market is very dynamic as it cover aspects related to
studying of trade over good and services. In other words an internal market can be explained as
that type of rules and regulation that has allow selling of product and services in free manner to
help in maintaining of financial stability in a country. In the following assignment thing that has
to be explained is four freedom of internal market and carets an internal market to balance goals
of an economy. Ability of state to pursue independent policies. All these are going to be talked
about and also European Union is going to be explained with regarding concept of selling and
buying of goods.
MAIN BODY
European Union and trade
European laws are those laws and legal type of traditions that are
shared only by characteristic of European countries only. These laws are that types of
traditional, institutional and intellectual elements that are considered to be major part of
European legal system. These laws are operated through legal personals present in European
Union. This union has been there since the time of world war II. Main purpose of this union is to
promote peace, provide higher economic standards and strong monetary system. Also it has to
promote inclusion and fight against discrimination, remove barriers related to trade and borders,
encourages technological and scientific development. Also to protect environment. European
Union is one of the most dynamic and vibrant economy of the world. It is also considered to be
largest market area. It has a principal stating that free trade is there among its members. This is
also considered to be EU’s main principal. It is also open towards trade at global level. From the
year 1999 to 2010, Foreign trade has also increased because of EU’s policies this has given an
stability in Gross Domestic Product of UK. Also it is responsible for formation of trade policies
for its member countries. EU is also helpful in forming of agreement of negotiation for them.
Also EU is also actively taking part in the negotaiation over trade agreements. Under these
agreements an benefit is given mutually to enter in to market of both EU and countries coming in
it. Also companies under EU can grow their business and can easily import the raw material
which they are producing. Every agreement is unique and allows tariff reduction, rules on matter
related to intellectual property right and sustainable development (Driessen, 2017). Also some

cause of human rights is covered. Trade negotiation is done in EU as if any problem arises then it
can be solved by it in case of industry and business. This has helped by removing of trade
barriers in order to gain fair condition and access to other market. Also EU has supported
foreign companies which helps in gaining information over access to European Union market.
Also it can be said that policies formed for the purpose of doing trade in goods and services,
foreign direct investment, commercial aspects of intellectual property. EU’s trade policies are
responsible for making policies that is going to boost trade and increase economy in positive
manner. This union has helped Europe to sustain itself in terms of economy. EU also negotiates
on behalf of countries who are its members. Under European union there are three things that
come and they are European Council, European commission and European parliament. European
Union is not going to be applicable or ant rules related to it in Britain because after Brexit it has
separted itself from EU. This means that now new policies are going to be formed in Britain. Lot
of policies of Europe has to be modified by its government (Duval and Van Rompuy, 2016).

Internal market is that kind of market that helps in seeking of guarantee of free movment
of goods, capital, service and labour. Such type market EU is considered to be one territory
without any internal borders or other barriers and lead towards movement of goods and services
in smooth manner. Such market is part of European Union in which four pillars are there which
are known as four freedom of market and they are goods, services, capital and people. Under
goods custom and taxation duties are there which are handled by Custom union department of
European Union. They play an important role in removing of trade barriers which is there
between member of sates and operates towards an common trade policy. Such policies ensure
that all restrictions does not barred operations of trade. These policies are formed through
keeping in mind all the important things that is necessary for uplifting of trade. Also taxation
policies play an important role in formation of such policies because fluctuation in prices takes
place accordingly. Then come services these are also being impacted by the policies formed by
the European Union. These policies are very much important in a manner that they help in
boosting of trade that is leading towards achievement of economic goals. To justifies the types
of services an case law is as follow Gerates Smits v Stiching Ziekenfonds . in this it was held by
court of justice that even though the government has paid for services. National authorities could
be able to justify that in refusing to reimburse patients for medical services is not as per the rules

for development of faster services because as the time is rising online payment is increasing. So,
policies has to be enhanced accordingly. Then comes people who are on of the most important
element of an society. They are allow to move freely under the trade. So, policies has been
