INTRODUCTION
The term Time management is the tool or most productive way to accomplish set task on
time. Manage time refers to managing work in an efficient manner by using right resources as
well. Present essay will be explaining the importance of Time management and their usefulness
in the business career in terms of benefits to individual or professional manner.

ESSAY
1. Evaluate the role of time management made in the article.
As per the article given, it define the importance of time management which is very
essential for individuals to take seriously to accomplish their future set goals. Importance of time
helps to know the value of work which is vital to understand current competition level. In today's
modern world, time is limited and considered to be the most essential resource to get success.
As per the article, it was mentioned method or procedure to manage time effectively such
as one of the most common way to manage time is effective planning (Ashe and Nazroo, 2017).
Article suggested that, individual needs to make to do list or make a proper Task plan to before
initiate the work. It helps to make proper and effective planning to perform specific task given.
Another method mentioned in the article which defines the importance of goals and objectives. It
defines the importance of setting and making objectives before initiation. The importance of
setting goals and objectives is justified by given one example of captain and ship, that without
making way captain could fails to reach the destination. Overall, article described the importance
of time management for people.
2. Justification.
As per the article, it described the usefulness and value of time management. Time
management is essential to improvise decision making ability of an individual to increase work
productivity. Overall, time management is the only tool through company or an individual can
improve its work frequency and productive outcomes. I agree with some of the statements of
article such as effective planning which is the most common way to start any work or process.
Without planning person cannot measure its outcomes and performing task. Another reason
behind effective planning is ensure high priority task. With the help of planning tool individual

can set their time accordingly. Another method on which I agree with is delegation of
responsibilities to different employees as per their capabilities and potential. This process or way
help manager to get work on time or as per the employees they feel itself productive to perform
different task at workplace (Baer, 2017). This overall achievement improvise time management
and company positive outcomes.
However, I do not agree with some of the statement mentioned in the article such as
Setting Deadline, it is the process which creates pressure on the individual or employees to
accomplish the work one time or it might also create competition among employees to complete
the task which is also create conflict and mismanagement. Instead of that, employee can set
objectives and goals to perform the task.
In addition to that, I also agree with the statement that person should be focused on their
work to understand the value and importance. It creates seriousness among individuals and
dedication to accomplish specific task in an systematic manner. Likewise, I agreed with the
method that people need to use time as a precious tool and don't need to waste on some
ineffective work, It makes person lazy and inefficient. In order to that, I agree with one of the
effective methods of time management is spending the right time on right activity. This is very
productive if people know what actually is important for them to get his/her objective
accomplished. To make time more productive this is the best way to use time into more efficient
manner. Overall, to having time management quality or skill can make person more beneficial to
get fast opportunity and make effective learning opportunity and goals. Apart from that it helps
to make the effective way of learning and goals. This process, helps me to make good and
effective leading resourceful idea and make new different objective goals.
I also agree with the effective method of time management is to organised work in a
proper manner in order to reduce the ineffectiveness from work. Pre-organised planning is the
best way to understand the next work task. Besides, another advantage of this method for people
is to eliminate the unwanted work required in the business. As per the suggestion given in the
article that. People tend to make files and folders to keep their work list. Nowadays, with the
help of advanced technology, individual can more reduced their time wastage on manual process.
Instead they can use laptops, mobile phones to make their to do list (Barak, 2016). It is very
necessary to make work more efficient and productive in order to meet out the productive task
and effective level of work.

3. Suggestion.
As per my suggestion on time management is to make dynamic task list in order to ensure
all task which is set by priority. That helps people to enhance their decision-making skill too.
Overall, according to my observation time management is the crucial process or tool to manage
work task accordingly. Moreover, it makes people more enthusiastic and energetic roles.
According to me time management managed by different manner such as eliminate half
work by destruct ineffective way of work in an inappropriate manner. Manage time is very
important skill to cultivate which can help most in day to day activity. Organisation can also
adopt different styles to manage work on time such as create the right working environment for
employees so that they work in more productive manner. As per my suggestion, people also need
to adopt habits of time management in order to meet out the time management effectiveness.

been concluded that, people needs to focused and make proper planning before initiation any
