INTRODUCTION
Employability skills is required in both personal and professional growth in future. The
skills enable in learning and achieving goals in effective way. Skills such as communication,
team working, etc. are some common skills to be learned. Present Report focuses on experiences
of doing projects and various skills learned from it (Sousa. and Rocha, 2019).
TASK 1
Which skills have you developed as an outcome of the project
Here I was provided a project about career view point, for that I have to write an essay
regarding searching data as well as gathering data from internet. I was working within team of 4
people. All of us decided to distribute our work so , I was given writing work as from the
whole project, I learned various skills as for that first I learned the team working skills and also
how to work within a team with various members, who have different opinions, behavior and
many more. there was a task performed by group members so I was a bright opportunity to work
within a team. So this is my first and foremost experience to work within a team. Therefore from
this I got to realized that how to work within a team with others, achieve goals and after that, I
learned how working within a team must be more effective for team as well as individual (Sousa,
and Rocha, 2017)
In addition to this, several other skills I need to learn is time management. As we were
provided a specified time in order to complete task so I gained knowledge that how to complete
task in specified time. In addition to this within this skill I got to learn regarding how to priority
task and scheduled task so that if there a case of delay that it can easily covered. So I got to
realize that time management skills is vital within professional growth as it allows in achieving
tasks on time and also increasing efficiency. Other skills that I need to learn from this project is
writing as well as researching skills. I also got to realized that how to collect as well as search
data on internet with less time relied on the topic. I also learned that earlier I was not
experiencing of researching so because of this project I got to learn about how it can be done.
Therefore I also gathered data on career view point. Along with this skills I also learned that how
I can write report on such topic and also I learn how to make structure, words ,sentences, heading
as well as makes report. So this way I got to learn regarding writing skills as well as how it is
associated to searching. It means that if information is not gathered properly I can faced
problems while making report. Therefore, all of the skills which I learned within this project are

vital and important for me for the future. Therefore, these all the skills that can be developed
from writing on topic (Pavlova, 2018).
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the begin process?
It is vital to know as well as find out what has to be done within the project. As it can give
an outline and knowledge that needs to be done. As I was not having the knowledge regarding
project that how it can be start and thus by doing I got knowledge regarding it and I also learned
various things. As I got to know that how that things is appropriate within project as well as
what are not. I got to know that how to begin report writing, what is needed to mention and many
more. Therefore, now I can easily begin a project which will assists me within initiating within
it. So I am easily beginning a project will aids me within initiating within it. I am also having
sufficient knowledge regarding it (Frunză, 2017).
To what extent has your level of confidence can be improved?
As doing such project leads to increases my confidence up to great extent as it is due to
that I know that how to do project as well as what are several things included within it. In
addition to this I also gained knowledge regarding efforts of individuals as well as working
within a team in order to do project. Thus by working within a team has boosted as well as
builds my confidence level. It has also enhanced my morale and I am capable to coordinate with
other individuals easily. Thus I am very confident that I can now individually do this project. In
addition to this my level of confidence is also increases not at high level but also this project
assists me a lot in boosting my confidence. I have also realized that because of this project the
morale has also improved through it as well as its aids me within my future career
(Tikkanen, 2017).
How could you use learning within future career?
I realize that I have gained as well as learned knowledge from such project. So I can also
easily use in my future. According to that I have learned about career view point as well as
several other things. For example, utilize of various resources within it. Such as what are various
measures that business can take within future and many more. According to that will aids making
thing very easy to get done within more appropriate way. Thus I can utilize all of these skills
within my future learning in order to evaluates as well as gather more information about
regarding it.

TASK 2
Identify three skills gaps in order for the further development
I found that by doing this project there are several skills gaps that I requires to improve as
well as cover. I also realize that it is very vital for me to focuses on such skills gaps and cover
up these gaps so that they do not hamper my career as well as in growth in future. It will also
assist me within future as because of improving such gaps I will also learn new skills which will
be aids me , therefore I found that first and foremost skill that I requires to develops that is
communication as it is one of the vital skill where I need improvement as I am not able to
communicate properly with other individuals. So in need to learn various type as well as forms
of communication (Plant, and Padotan, 2017). So for that I need to learn about various types as
well as forms of communication. I also requires to communicates with other individuals
properly. Other skills that I requires to be improvement in order to enhance my decision making
skills. I am unable to take the effective decision. So I need to improves as it will also assists me
to take several effective decisions that are very vital. In addition to this, I will also take decision
rapidly in order to enhance my performance which is not hampered by delayed decisions. In
future it will also aid me within my career as well as performance.
In addition to I also require to enhance my team working skills as sometimes I am not
feeling comfortable while doing work with 5 to 6 people (PDP, 2018). As I do not have any
experience regarding team working so my performance is also hampered and for that I requires
to increase my team working skills that will aids me in future for my growth as well as
development. Mention below I developed a plan which will provides me knowledge in order to
increase those skills (Chen, and Huang, 2017).

Using the indeed job search engine I found a job which I think was suitable for me. The job
was of store manager in a restaurant.
CONCLUSION
From the above it had been concluded that I took a project on career view point within this I
wrote a report regarding it and in addition to this learned various skills such as communication,
team working and many more. I found that there are several skill gap that I need to improve and
for that I developed a PDP plan to achieve goals.
