INTRODUCTION
Web services is a online software which avails variety of services via internet and uses
the standardised XML messaging system. Cloud computing is an internet based computing
service in which large groups of remote servers are networked in order to allow the centralised
data storage, online access to computer services and resources. The study will be based on the
web services of GTGOV in which the company want to migrate its networking strategies
towards AWS which offers the Amazon web services in respect to infrastructure as a service.
Also, it will help in creating a complete understanding about benefits of the selected cloud
architecture within GTGOV. The report will also help in identifying the differences between
Iaas, Paas, Saas. Moreover, this article will also identify the issues raised in the currently
installed services within the organization.
Implications of the selected web server in GTGOV and benefits of this move to users.
GTGOV is currently using the ineffective web server for their organization so the
company wants to migrate its web server to Iaas instances in order to store, retrieve and manage
the data effectively. AWS (Amazon Web services) is a secure cloud services platform offering
computer power, database storage, content delivery and other functionality which helps the
GTGOV industry to grow in a sustainable market (Dastjerdi And et.al., 2016). Infrastructure as a
service are the highly scalable and automated computer resources. AWS also provides the mix of
different cloud computing architecture such as Iaas, Paas, Saas etc.
Although, Amazon web services benefits their user by providing the services at low cost
and this do not involve any upfront cost into it. These services are beneficial as these are easy to
use and the user need not worry about the server. This would be beneficial as AWS is a flexible
cloud computing model which allows the automated deployment of storage.

Cloud computing is quickly becoming the standard way in which the companies are
generally adopting advanced technology for their efficient data storage. GTGOV has ineffective
web services and this company was dealing with various issues such as increased cost,
customization requirements, Service level agreement etc. So GTGOV need to replace the current
cloud computing architecture of the company with the best solutions. So here are some cloud
computing architecture which proved to be efficient and effective for the company.

 Iaas Providers deploy and manage pre-configured and virtualisation hardware which
enables the users to spin up virtual machines.
 Paas Solutions mainly appeals to developers who are more focused towards testing
coding and deployment of applications instead of dealing with hardware oriented tasks.
 Saas providers host an application and make it available to users through browser based
interface via internet. These customers do not have to worry about updation of software
and backups.
2. Office 365
Benefits and issues raised to GTGOV customers and their users
There are various benefits which helps the customer s and GTGOV users to migrate
towards the cloud based services. Such benefits are as follows:
 This provides the ability to work from anywhere with the availability of internet.
 It allows the accessibility of emails, files and office programs through cloud based
connectivity (Garcia Lopez and et.al., 2015). And this provides subscription based
payment.
 It also allows the remotely controlled activities in GTGOV and it always have access to
latest version.
There are also various issues related to cloud based office automation suite such issues are as
follows:
 Files and emails cannot be accessed in absence of internet connection and this is one of
the greatest issues.
 It is hard to keep with changing feature set.
Difference between cloud based approach and office automation suite
A good office automation system will provide access privileges to everybody in the
organization which allows the user for the better monitoring of every project within industry.
Also, it allows the customization of the software based on the future needs and requirements. So
Office automation systems are generally custom designed.
However, a cloud based productivity suite is a group of productivity applications which
are generally hosted on external servers and this can be accessed through network connections
(Quilachamin, Alonso, and Ra-Tapia, 2018). In other words, Saas applications can be run in the

cloud but it does not make them cloud Whereas, Office 365 is a subscription based service which
is accessed through internet on webbrowser.

Differences between Iaas, Saas and Paas
Iaas is referred as a Infrastructure as a service which offers the functionality to its clients
in accessing the servers and storage directly. Iaas mainly provides the outsourced data via virtual
server. This provides the virtual platform in which the required operating environment and
applications are deployed (Rashid and Chaturvedi, 2019). Iaas includes the storage as a service
offering. On the other hand Saas is a most common type of cloud service with the greatest level
of abstraction. It provides software as a service in which operating environment is largely
irrelevent where fully functional applications are provided. Software as a service includes CRM,
ERP and Email software. Under Saas model, software deployment and management tasks are
assigned to third party services.
However, Paas is referred as a Platform as a service which operates at lower level of
abstraction and generally comes with a platform which allows the creation of the software. It
provides the self service portal for provisioning computer infrastructure. Paas generally allows
the creation of the application through software component which are backed into Paas.
Recommendation of the appropriate model and its advantages
Iaas cloud architecture is one of the most effective environment which offers fully self
services for accessing and monitoring various things. GTGOV should establish Iass cloud
computing technology within the industry. This is appropriate model in order to solve all the
issues of the GTGOV. Various advantages of this technology are as follows:
 It allows the business to purchase the resources on demand and as-needed instead of
buying outright of hardware.
 Iaas cloud computing infrastructure includes various things such as server, network, OS,
storage via virtualisation technology.
 Iaas clients have complete control over the entire infrastructure.
 It also provides same technology and capabilities without managing the data.

Most likely problems encountered by the recommended model and advice to deal with thee
issues in GTGOV
GTGOV was adopting ineffective strategy and many issues were encountered by the
company so this company need to migrate the web server to AWS as an Iaas instance. Iass help
the company to build and manage the data without having actual host and complications in
managing the server themselves (Villamizar and et.al., 2016). This model is appropriate for share
point service (WSS) because it is available as a free downloaded service with licensed windows
as a part of office 2003 productivity suite. In-spite of this Iaas technology may deals with
various issues which GTGOV need to consider during the migration of web services.
 It requires the maintenance and upgrades of tools.
 Modified software to support deployed application.
 Security features of Iaas cloud providers may not adequate.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it can be concluded that organization have to adopt improved
technology in order to sustain the development and growth of the firm. This report has provided
impact of effective cloud technology that supports the storage and appropriate data deployment
within the organization. The study has also recommended the advantages and limitations of
employing the appropriate technology within organization. Moreover, this report has also
concentrated towards development of the effective cloud computing technology with GTGOV.
