Executive summary
This study is based upon designing an evaluation process for the case study company selected for
the first assignment. In this report a range of ERP vendors that are best in the industry are being
chosen. The report covers a structural approach towards evaluating these ERP vendors and
identifying top two or three of them. The selection of these vendors are being done based on their
scores.
