Evaluating Human Factor Program of Aerospace Engineering Department

This project aims to implement an evaluation plan on the human factor program in the aerospace engineering department using Stake's countenance model. The evaluation plan includes analyzing, designing, testing, and evaluating the program. The goal is to improve the performance and efficiency of the human factor program in the department.
