about significant changes in the economic and social scenario of Britain. Britain’s referendum to
exit the EU (European Union) markets will be affecting the trade relations of the same along
with the economic depression. B2B venues (2016) noted that the event industry has encountered
significant changes in the structure, which has affected the capabilities of the same while
undertaking recruitments. It has been noted in the research that more than two thirds of the total
recruitments were downsized, which affected the capabilities of the event industry in undertaking
recruitments.

The application of Brexit has brought about significant changes in the structure of the

reported that the various pros and cons of Brexit has shaped the rate of employment that is

article that the event industry relies heavily on the contribution of the skilled migrants, which
will be affected through the application of Brexit (Citmagazine.com 2016). Therefore, Brexit
brought about significant changes in the events industry related to recruitments.
