EvaluationAfter reviewing the secondary data, it has been found that there are different types ofdesign standards that make it easier to process the information and this also helps in thedetermination of the severity of the entire data. The process of syslog data managementmakes it easier to separate the data and thus better analysis can be done through it. It alsohelps in the determination of the severity process and thus this is important to transfer thedata that is utilised in a different situation. The logs that help in the transmission ofinformation makes it easier to solve the issues in an emergency situation and all the desiredlevel of information can be managed accordingly. It has been found that the server that isplaced at the centre of the management system has made it much easier to carry out the workprocesses (Lemoudden 2017). The investigation process with the help of network researchsystem is one of the most important ways of analysing and addressing the critical events thattake place through large premises of data sets. On the other hand, it has been found that thereis the provision of better efforts in order to protect the syslog server and thus properconclusion can be reached easily through this aspect. The log-based management system plays a crucial role in the decision-making process andthus an individual can access the data from anywhere when it is stored in the cloud process. Itis the responsibility of the management to check that there is the provision of internal log andthis will make it easier in order to solve the issues accordingly. Moreover, it is necessary tocheck that there should be an arrangement of the proper facility in order to carry out theservicing process and this will assist in the implementation of the entire system. There shouldbe provisions for the transfer of data and the cloud provider must be set up in such a way thatit will give an alert in times of emergency or in critical situations when determining theevents. The protocols that are used in the management system helps in the development ofencrypted protocols as well as the confidentiality of the data sets accordingly. These logs

encourage the users to send the message and retrieve it for future use. The protocols help tosecure the key information and also request the service provider to delete and access the data. Therefore, it can be said that the Syslog management is useful in the management of data atthe time of disaster or any other events (Ylonen, Scarfone and Souppaya 2014). It has been found that there are different processes in the management of data and this willmake it easier to develop the encrypted protocols accordingly. The cloud processes that areused while uploading in the log system should have limited access and this will make it easierin order to handle the integrity process accordingly (Duncan and Whittington 2016). It is theresponsibility of the organisation to check that the SaaS System and data availability will helpin maintaining the compliance-related issues and thus it should be checked that thisinformation is not utilised by any other clients. There should be better management of theentire system and this will help in the fulfilment of intensive planning and cost requirement. The external, as well as the internal process that is related to data management, will help inmaintaining the resources and this is considered to be the most cheaper way that has to beadopted by the companies. After conducting the primary survey, it has been found that majority of the managersof the company have agreed to the aspect that they use disaster recovery site in order torestore as well as recover the infrastructure of their organisation. This makes it easier toprocess the primary data and it will help in the fulfilment of recovery cost objectives. It is theresponsibility of the managers who are employed in the organisation to check that they havebetter skills to maintain the internal site that is owned as well as operated by the company. Moreover, it has been found that the managers have also agreed to have access to thefunctional data as well as the customer information accordingly (Guster, Safonov andHathaway 2014). The cold site infrastructure that supports the IT system must have theprovision to install the DR plans and this can be extended accordingly in the organisation. It

has also been found that 75% of the managers have agreed to the fact that they use the cloud-based Syslog management in order to protect their data sets. The cloud computing system isconsidered to be regressing and it will help in the management and handling of differentprocesses. The end users will experience the entire system to be less complicated than thenew users (Ruha 2018). On the other hand, it can be said that there are different concernsrelated to the management of the entire system and this makes it easier to migrate to the cloudcomputing services accordingly. There should be adequate provisions for the management ofthe data system in the cloud process and this will help in the collaboration processaccordingly. The primary data survey results also highlight that the companies use the security logs inorder to detect the malicious incidents. This makes it easier to handle the array of servicesand there will be too much difficulty in the collection of the data. However, the managersalso reported that a collection of huge data does not always help in the provision of betterinformation and it is not necessary to respond to these data sets accordingly. In such asituation, it is necessary to handle the entire data sets and the processes so that the securitylogs can be protected easily. There should be the provision of a centralised log managementsystem and this will provide an idea of the security logs and the other related processes(Linnakangas et al. 2017). The systems that are connected to the cloud-based system willhave the ability to send the main log file to the centralised location. The value, as well as theversatility, depends on the third party agents of the organisation who collects and sends thedata. The admins of these data sets use the free utilities and there must be the specialprovision of commercial options in order to check that the data sets perform well as there areno such minor errors in the entire system. The managers have also provided positive feedback in relation to the involvement of thecompany in the disaster recovery plan. They have shown their concern that there is the scope
