What is the event/incident that you are reflecting on? (Indicating the relevant week)
The event is related to private GSM London College that is going to stop teaching. It is identified
that GSM London is one of biggest private higher education providers in England. It has gone
into the administration and would stop the teaching the students in September. It is also pointed
out that the college states that it has not been competent for recruiting and retaining the adequate
amount of scholars to create sufficient revenues to be sustainable (BBC news, 2019). It is also
identified that GSM London College is engaged in teaching approximately 3,500 scholars with
degree courses to validate by the university of Plymouth. The college located in Greenwich as
well as, Greenford states that 247 jobs are at uncertainty. Week 8 is used for developing the

From the conclusion, I have learned that there are some weaknesses that need to make
improvements such as time management and conflict resolution. For managing the time, I would
focus on some activities such as start my day with a clear focus, minimize interruptions, limit
multitasking, focus on high-value activities, stop procrastinating, have a dynamic list of task, and
review my day. In order to resolve the conflict, I will emphasize on some activities. These are
avoiding, defeating, accommodating, compromising, as well as, collaborating (Markham, et. al.,
2017).

tasks from the paper we were given by the lecturer and pick the tasks that we
would be able to complete in a given time. I and my team picked as many as
we could at this point.

because I wanted my team to come up first. In the end, we came up second in
the list because we took one task that we could not give an explanation to

mark we were supposed to have earned. One of the teams in the class took only
one task and came up 3rd after my team, of which reflecting at the time I taught
we could have just taken 2 tasks and get it done which would have seen us first
in the race

tasks and presentation were not very clear to me, because it felt at times that

have been better to give each group a slot time of 5-10 minutes each and then

This week during the EVRE tutorial class, we were involved in CONFLICT
RESOLUTION ACTIVITY. We took the test and I scored higher in Forcing
and I was therefore put with the forcing like a group. Every student had a
scenario in mind which we all shared and gave an example of how this
particular way of resolving conflict might be the solution. I also came up with
the scenario of being a cab driver where my customer might not want to put
their seat belt on while sitting at the driver side. I explained how this behavior
of dealing with conflict might help to compromise with the law as a
professional driver, which I presented to the class.

use our WhatsApp platform to engage and participate in decision making in
case of an unforeseen incident which made me feel reassured that we are still a
team and can all work together.

I could still not believe this was happening even being in the class and

now thinking back I feel like there is less point in blaming others and feeling
down, stressing myself over something I cannot my own self fix. I also feel

class after a while and then met other students in the corridor of the school who
told us that the lecturer was on his way to the class. I then went back to class,
