With this consideration, businesses face several issues from which ethical is mainproblem that arise and increases problems as well. Therefore, present study consider study on“www.myfabrics.com's” which operate in global level. Ethical issues are also identified torecommend positive change and development in it. With this regard, international businessesinvolve employment practices, human rights, environmental norms, moral obligations, etc.(Sekaran and Bougie, 2016). Furthermore, study also focuses to recommend positive perspectivethat increases effectiveness and appropriate working to make right things in successful manner. RationaleWith respect to develop more significant work, it can be stated that study considerdiscussion on assessment of global operations which helps to identify ethical issues exists inorganisation. As a result, the present study assists to focus on appropriate working with implementingCSR policy. AppropriateCSR activities assists to develop policies in positive consideration at workplace.Key stages of project managementIn project management, following are key stages included:Definition: In this regard, project manager must take goals, objectives, scope, risks,issues, etc. which defined in project management. It requires communicating among allstakeholders to get their agreements. Initiation: It perhaps as the most important stage which sets to run appropriate project.When it is not done well, project will be failure. Hence, scope of the project decided asper expectations. Planning: Successful project is considered as planning which firstly take task that areundertaking in project. Many people fail to realise actual value of project plan to savetime, money and avoid other problems (Benn, Edwards and Williams, 2014). Execution: In this regard, it has been assessed that product, service must be deliver andcarried. Most of the work is related to realised stage and needs to complete attention. Monitoring and control: In order to run project, it is important to keeps control. Itaccomplishes with regular reporting of issues, risks and progress (Andriof, Waddock andRahman, 2017). Closure: It is important to make sure that project is closed properly. Many projects notconsider clear end point so that there is no formal sign off.
