1.0 Introduction
Business plan are the strategy which is created by strategic planners of commercial
business organizations which helps to enhance their sales and marketing strategies as well as the
financial background of the business. The vision and the mission of business can be addressed in
the first place with the help of a business plan (Berbegal-Mirabent, Gil-Doménech & Alegre
2016). The functional as well as the operational strategy of a business environment can be
verified in the first place using the business plan.
This paper shall highlight the business plans of two commercial business organizations
such as Green power consultancy and borrow my tools. The strength and limitations of the
business plan of these two organizations shall be highlighted in this paper. The report shall also
provide a few recommendations of the two selected organization which can help them to enhance
their business plans. The business plans of the two organizations which will be illustrated in this
paper shall reflect the quality of service which is provided by the two commercial organizations.
The prime drawbacks, as well as the strengths of the organization, shall also be reflected on this
assigned in an organized manner (Fulker et al., 2016). The effective as well as the innovative
ways which are adopted by these two organizations can also be understood from the discussions
which are made in this paper.
This paper shall be very much useful to understand what exact changes are required in
the business plans of the two organization which will be selected in this paper. The
recommendations which will be provided in this paper shall be entirely based on the current
market trends and the gaps which will be identified from the business plans of the two selected

following segment of this report shall be identifying the business profiles of the two selected
business organizations.
2. Business Profile of Green power consultancy
This commercial consultancy was established in the city of Burlington. There is a
seasoned management team which works for this organization, they look after the changes
required in their current business plan. Each of the building designers as well as the architects of
the city can get the services and the products which are provided by this company. The sales
percentage, gross margin and the net profit of this business have increased in the last three years
in Green Power Consultancy (Stewart, 2017). Every long term strategy which is adopted by this

business organization. Delivery of high-quality products and services to the clients is the
foremost aim of this commercial organization. This organization provides green power solutions
to each one of the clients wants to make new constructions in the Burlington community. The
steering committee of this business is investing hugely on the customer service departments so
