INTRODUCTION
Business management refers to ethics and conduct which is followed by an organisation
in order to maintain discipline and ethics in their business operations. Investigation is conduct in
order to gain knowledge and understanding of business environment like what is trending and
what can be concluded from it and by this, organisations will protect themselves from loss in
future. This report is in the context of Classic Motor Event Company which organises event for
the motor shows. Company organises various shows around England and are committed to make
their shows special and enthusiasts for the public. This report covers new business plan for the
company which includes recommendations for the business and also reduces the restraining
forces.
MAIN BODY
Change is necessary in an organisation in order to manage or commence new things and
it is a new system which impact the internal system of company. Change brings improvement
along with it but it require monitoring and controlling in order to achieve better results. To
introduce change in an organisation Classic motor event company need to prepare a new plan to
gain competitive advantage:
Vision and Mission of Company: Their vision is to become a premier event management
service provider to local and global customers. Mission is to provide price effectual solutions to
their clients with prime service and prominent customers satisfaction.
Objectives: Their objective is to provide great day out for motor vehicle champions and
conduct outdoor shows for their customers in order to satisfy them.
Change introduced by Company
Motor companies introduce various changes and are expected to reduce the number of
casualties as a whole. Smart invention which is a “telematics technology”. In this, a GPS tracker
is kept in the vehicle which helps in monitoring the driving style of driver. In can be done by
recording and mapping the speed of car and if risk is found then it is informed to the insurance
company. Insurance is based on the social and economical factors and also consider the driving
habits. To implement change appropriately, team members need to discuss ideas which will
provide suitable recommendations to the organisation and understand it that whether the changes
are positive or negative. To understand changes, Lewin's change model is used:

This model states that employees should work in an area where they feel secure and also
useful for the managers and leaders while implementing changes in an organisation. It helps in
understanding the behaviour of the employees because changes are resisted by many employees
and to adopt these changes leaders need to motivate their subordinates. This model is divided
into 3 parts which are discussed as:
Unfreeze: At this stage, leaders of Classic motor event company are suggested to provide
motivation in order to reduce the resistance. For employees, it is necessary to understand that
change is necessary for an organisation. To adopt changes, it is important to maintain stability in
an organisation. Changes are implemented when things does not go well and employees will

Lewin's change model as it is helpful in implementing changes in smooth manner.
