Introduction
The project aim that is set to provide proper launching of the fresher’s event.
Improvement in architecture of the campus has been the major aspect that has been benefitting
the functioning of QA London. Refurbishment of computer labs has been a major aspect that
might be providing proper infrastructure to students who will be taking admission in the college.
Bringing in new innovation has been a major aspect that perform better strategic development in
the business. With development of the new and innovative infrastructural implementation it is
expected that better business processing can be performed by QA London. The budget that is to
be provided for execution of the project is £50,000. The launching event is mainly focused
regarding popularizing the entire event. It is stated that the managing director will be enacting as
the sponsor of the project and the project will be executed hence wise. This report provides a
proper understanding of project initiation documents that will be providing an estimated budget,
projected starting and closure date. Objective of the entire project is also stated. Proper
stakeholder analysis is also performed in this report. Work Breakdown Structure is also stated in
this report. A proper report for the project sponsor will also be stated in this report. The need of
quality guidance in the plan will also be detailed in this report. Role of the project manager is
also well stated. Importance of strong leadership in conclusion of the project is also well stated.
Proper description of the methodologies that are implemented are also stated in this report.
Project management theories that possess highest relevance with the project are well stated in
this report.

Main Objective: The objective of the task is to complete the refurbishment process that will be
used for enhancing the education process as the business processing will be performed with the
help of proper advertising of the entire refurbishment so that the students get to know about the
innovations that are being introduced.
Approach
Usage of traditional approach has been used in execution of this project. This approach is
performed in fairly bare bones. This approach is used by the project managers for performing
step by step execution of the project. In this approach, project initiation acts as the first step.
After this step, planning is performed (Wilkins et al, 2015). Execution phase follows the
planning stage. Monitoring and controlling the execution process will also be performed. After
this section closing of the project is performed. Usage of traditional approach guarantees proper
organization of launching of the event can be done. This ensures that proper understanding of the
step wise phase completion can be made. Another aspect that can be taken into consideration is
that predictive analysis can be made and hence output of each and every phase will be affecting
the functional process.
