INTRODUCTION
Effective and successful event plan requires knowledge and management of multiple things. And
management of impressive event plan strategies and application provides better result (Jones,
2021). Various things for the plan is budgeting, human resources management, risk manage, step
by step program process, funny activities arrangement for audience attraction development
towards with the event, clean and healthy environment, require facilities and many more. So it’s
clear that successful overall event plan requires proper planning. Organization wants to develop
one event for people enjoyment they develop multiple things for effective program and they
wants to set event people. So they decide that they organize their event plan in the Metro Bar.
This report clear provides idea about which things essential for effective event plan expansion
and which things campus management has to focuses on it.

Application of marketing mix strategy provides clarity that how to connects and engage audience
for event, which things beneficial for people attraction towards with the organization. It gives
clarity that every aspect of event plan requires, marketing mix strategy because it has some
potential it improve the quality of the program (Mpuon and et.al., 2021). And, it mainly
influences the people attraction towards with the event and also its beneficial for generate profit
as well bur management for effective event planning is not an easier process. Marketing
