INTRODUCTION
Event venue management can be explained as the strategic identification and selection of
best venue to make an event successful with proper safety and as per client’s needs. The
following report will present a description of event management for out-site event for hosting
four events consecutively. It will present and outline various event venues and justify the use of a
particular event venue to successfully complete the event.
Venue for the event
There are many venues for conducting an event such as a hotel, entertainment cruiser and
function centre. For such an event that will require a statutory place to conduct the event
successfully Cameron House Hotel, Loch Lomond can be chosen. The sort of occasion that can
be hosted at the Cameron House, Loch Lomond is the grand celebrations, weddings etc. The area
in the hotel is lot more spacious and provides the accommodation area for more than 800 people.
The rooms and spacious areas in the Cameron House are much more than just being spacious
that can easily accommodate 400 people at a time and more if needed. Besides, there is a very
suitable area and space for open hall get together, events, parties etc. The event will include the
consumption of drinks and canapes for which the event organiser already have contact to the
licensing department for the temporary events notice so that any issues can be avoided.
Resources Required
Furniture
Furniture is viewed as a decent resource which comprises of round tables, seats, work areas
and nightstands. The furniture is comprised of warm wood, rich textures and numerous different
things. The table is utilized for orchestrating the information or fundamental materials of the
business in lines and sections or a design. The seats are utilized to permit visitors and different
people to sit and lead the conference. The availability of resources and seating arrangements like
furniture, catering tools, utensils are available in ample amount at Cameron House, Loch
Lomond. In case of the four events, taking place there is a big requirement of furniture, all events
needs extra chairs and lighting in case of emergencies and if the guests are more there is a need
for some additional outsourcing. There is no need to hire anything as everything is pre planned

involve various services which are required by all the four events and in the given timeframe.
