sports venue as per the coverage of their operational areas.
Standards and responsibility for the provision of Support Infrastructure:
Standards of the infrastructure help the council to sort the selected venues as per their
priority of development and the responsibilities for the components of the infrastructure. It
also helps to identify the condition of their current infrastructure, potential usage and social
inclusion as well as the associated responsibilities.
Criteria for development and refurbishment of sports pavilions:
Identification of best components to develop the sports pavilion is highly needed to
ensure the quality and efficiency of the development and refurbishment plan (Sey et al.,

furniture and equipments from possible harm causing by fire. Extinguisher Cylinders and
automatic water spraying system are very helpful for maintaining the safety measures (Chien
et al., 2012). Routine maintenance will reduce the possibility of system failure in fire
extinguishing system.
Clearing of plumbing pipes and drains:
Clearing of plumbing and sewage pipes prevents sudden failure of water supply and
sewage system that can cause unhygienic and unhealthy environment for both staffs and
visitors. Cleaning the existing blockage of waste pipe junctions reduce the possibility of high
pressured breakdown of overall drainage system (Getz & Page, 2016).
Repair / maintenance of existing wiring
Repairing existing room and outdoor electrical wiring reduces the possibilities of
power failure, loose connection, shot circuit and other. It also reduces the possible
inflammation of transformers and distributor junctions. Council will suggest regular
