INTRODUCTION
Many people are continuing to receiving treatment which is harmful in effective and are
unproven effectiveness. In this technical world, every health related practice have many evidence
which is able to provide the information about their effectiveness Instead of having information
related with different treatment and their evidence. In context to this, there is need to create an
awareness related with such type of treatment which are harmful ineffective and unproven
effectiveness. People are innocent and due to lack of Information and education they get
misguided which create a misunderstanding about the specific treatment which are seems to be
magical. When people listen about such type of treatment that can help them to solve the issue,
this create change in behaviour of patient and the like to get treatment still, when they know that
such treatment doesn't exist and have a no any evidence related with such treatments (Waters,
(2017)). In this report, there is discussion about current health related treatment and some
example of behavioral change which can need to provide better information and education about
the intervention. To avoid such type of treatment which are not having any type of evidence and
can create a harmful impact on patient. In this report, there is discussion about different
behavioral change which can be take into intervention for promoting evidence-based treatment to
population for taking effective treatment and avoiding the ineffective, harmful or unproven
treatment.
MAIN BODY
There is need to encourage people to accept that evidence based treatment for their
related issues. it can help them to get effective treatment and have better response on their health.
There is also need to make awareness and promote evidence based treatment which can provide
them for effective treatment and allows them to get improved health and response of getting
treatment. Due to lack of education and information people get misguided and like to get the
treatment which are generally harmful for them and their health. Such treatment don't have any
effectiveness and are not approved. Such type of treatment should need to be avoided and to to
gather some information related with such type of treatment. In relation to this, there is need to
adapt some intervention which can change the behaviour of person and influence them to take
such type of treatment which are evidence-based and having proof of their effectiveness. Audit
and feedback, reminders, dietetic education and educational outreach are some of the behaviour

change intervention which are having potential to provide correct information to patient. This
can help to achieving and receiving different type of health related treatment which are effective
in nature and can provide positive impact for improved health (Wright, (2018)).
In this, there is need to create an intervention program related with different behavioral
change interventions which includes Audit and feedback. In this, there is need to provide an
information to the population to believe on Audit and feedback-based treatment. Alopecia is a
condition of hair fall which have no any treatment. People don’t have much information about
this, and get misguided by false advertisement of Alopecia which have no any evidence and no
effective treatment in medical science. There is no evidence of the treatment of Alopecia and
such type of advertisement comes under the act of Drug and Magic Remedies Act 1954. There is
also need to make a reminder of such type of disease which should have not any evidence and it
makes them misguide about the treatment by advertisement (Raza, (2019)). Force advertisement
type of treatment should be avoided by making reminders and using in the intervention
programs. There is also need to provide education which can help people to understand the
educational outreach and to avoid such type of treatment which have no any evidence. Many
creams says that, they can make people fair. This type of advertisement also comes under drug
and remedies act and can have no any evidence of their effectiveness. Such type of treatment
should be avoided and need to promote evidence-based practices and treatment which can have a
information on different places like research, articles. People need to get aware and use the audit
and feedback behaviour which can help to change the intervention and to make aware such type
of people and to avoid false treatment which can harm and having no any positive impact on
health issue. There is also need to promote education to people regarding such type of false
treatment. To make them aware about and such type of evidence-less treatment, intervention
program can help to make and spread awareness for promoting evidence-based treatment (Lang,
(2017)).
As per this, it is well analysed that there are various condition which is related with the
harmful and none evidenced based treatment which is provided by various people to the disease
which is not usually characterized by the proper treatment (Day, (2017). In this, it is also show
some of the significance of those diseases which is not readable under any condition but there are
various people who used to falsely claiming about the treatment and diagnosis of that disease is
after knowing the evidence that there is a no any procurement of such kind of diseases.

Moreover, as per taking the example of diabetes this disease is usually controlled by taking
proper medication and management but it is not completely eradicated when it is diagnosed in
any individual (Desborough, (2017). Moreover, there are very people who used to falsely
claiming about the eradication of the diabetes in completely manner by some of the disease. In
this, there is no any common medicine which is usually so any significance and evidence to
eradicate that got is completely. However, this kind of behaviour and need to be changed and this
is usually it done by taking the proper aspect of feedback from the evidence based data which
shows the positivity and create negotiation who is claiming about the treatment of diabetes.
Moreover, the evidence and the statement of World health organisation stated that there is a no
any proper medication or management is related or investigated in order to improve the diabetic
behaviour of any individual in the complete way (Coricello, (2018).
The ineffective harmful or an proven effectiveness he is usually changed in the current
situation after creating the reminder and some of the the Didactic education which is help to
provide the information about relevant approaches which is is claimed by various people in order
to make it better. As per this, the education out breach is usually play a vital role in order to
create the intervention because it used to cause marketing in the strategy base that create various
complications and provide the correct information to the number of population. This all factors
are well associated and create the proper dilemma against this. There are various laws is also
associated with this which used to create a strict action against those who to create an effective
harmful treatment of those diseases or complications which is not eradicated completely with
proper medical evidences (Miara, (2019). In this, some of the act are above discussed such as
drug and cosmetic act and drug and remedies act which show the relevant factor of training false
commitment to procure the disease which is unproven effectiveness with various copes
Briguglio, (2018).
Overall, this is analysed that there are various conditions and diseases which is associated
with any individual which offer and create the consequences and complications with the longer-
term after that some of the disease are used to control but not fully managed or treatable. In order
to this, the clinical manifestations are used to derive various medication in order to control but
there are number of people who falsely claim to eradicate the dysfunctions which is associated
with any complication (Woroń, (2018). Moreover, this type of behaviour are used to be changed
and this is usually done by creating campaigns and teaching to those who are facing with this

kind of issues and also initiate various camps of the healthcare used to provide knowledge and
factors which is available in the healthcare and used to provide reminders with every aspect with
many kind of disease. This all are used in such a manner to create a intervention in the behaviour
of those who are dealing or facing with this kind of issues this is helpful in numerous manner to
create a effective channel of information and then it can be controlled which show the effective
and harmful treatment by taking the relevance of medical sciences. This all are legally valid due
to the various legislative act which is encounter by the government with their rules and
regulation (Andrade, (2018).
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion, it is well analysed that there are various conditions of diseases
which is ineffective with the treatment and the proper medication. This kind of diseases are
usually improve in effectiveness and they can be control with the proper management and by use
of some medication. As per this, some of the peoples are used to claim that the advocate and
retaliate the conditions which is not completely done by the medical sciences with their proper
remedies. This false assumption from the people is usually create various consequences with the
individual.
