INTRODUCTION
Evidence based practice is important of plays a vital role in the success of the entity as evidence
are considered as strong base at the time of decision making of organisation. With this approach
proper decision making can be carried out by organisation. Data is important for the success of
organisation as provides the base for an entity to track down their existing customers who are
connected directly with business concern. Further data is divided into different category such as
information of employees, main decision and task performed by the management, various
contracts undertaken by the entity over the period of time which is significant for the
organisation in various aspect. In this report what is evidence based practice and how it is useful
for the organisation has been explained thoroughly (Buijze, Jupiter and Chammas, 2021). The
importance of data to the organisation for their working and how such data helps in growth of
such organisation has been outlined. The different types of data measurement technique have
been highlighted along with its effect on the work culture of the organisation. In this report
different types of external and internal customer have been discussed as supplier, government,
stakeholders, employees etc. and their role in the management help the organisation to succeed
has been outlined as compared to their competitors. At the end how social media affects the
behaviour of the employees in the organisation has been outlined and what it benefited to the
organisation has been explained. In the second task of this report the survey has been carried out
with certain set of questions to marketing division, research and design and administration
division and such answers has been analysed and interpreted accordingly. At the end of this
report certain calculation has been carried out relating to calculation of loss of working days
during the period of 3 and 12 months and cost of pay separately for each division undertaken.

respondents go for that they are agree or strongly agree with the given set of question out
of research and design team. The respondents answer all the question in a positive way of
all the question asked to them. The questionnaire prepare will be considered as acceptable
as the entity wanted it to be (Earls and et.al.,2019).
Administration: From the above percentage figures it has been understood that majority
of employees are agree from the survey conducted in the department.
Marketing: On the basis of above table it is observed that marketing team members are
satisfied from the question asked to them and they strongly agree with the department in
all set of question expect 1 or 2 questions where they do not make favourable decision.

In this project a complete description has been outlined towards professional people and how
they help other employees of the organisation to grow in their career. In this report the
