INTRODUCTIONEvidence based practice (EBP) refers to the fundamental of quality as it is focused onimproving the outcomes and quality of life standard of the people. This EBP includes externalevidences which are having systematic reviews, randomised control trials, clinical practiceguidelines & best practice whereas internal evidence includes quality improvement projects,clinical expertise as well as outcome of the management initiatives (Reeves and et. al., 2013).EBP is very essential for the health care as it assist the health care providers in providingeffective services to the people as well as to boost the outcomes of treating the patients. Thisreport will discuss the purpose and process of conducting research along with the explanation ofskills and qualities needed to conduct a literature review. Further, literature review will beconducted along with the evaluation of reliability and validity of literature review.
