Evidence Based Practices in Healthcare Assignment_2
INTRODUCTIONThe health care is considered as a important part for any human being. The patientsrequire a proper care to be taken. The study consists that many hospitals hire unskilled nursesand unprofessional nurses which leads to increasing death rate and improper care providing tothe patients in the hospitals (Burnsand Grove., 2010). The patients are not getting a proper takecare due to the unprofessional nurses are working their in the hospitals they didn't have sufficientknowledge for the proper care taken which leads uncomfortably to the patients presents in thehospital. This leads to increase in the high death rate. The hospitals must hire the nursing staffaccording to the the appropriate qualifications and the qualification level must be fixed up bythe hospitals for hiring the staffs. The professional staff must be recruited for the patient takecare so that patients may attain a proper attention and gets a proper care (Maytonand et,al., 2010).The conflicts arises when the hospitals mixed up their unskilled nursing staff with the skilledstaff or sometimes reduce the nursing staff which sometimes leads to conflicts in uncertainsituations as each patient does not gets a proper nursing staff due to less staff presents in thehospitals (DiCenso., Guyattand Ciliska., 2014). A survey consists a report of mixing of nursingstaff in around 200 hospitals mainly consisting the countries like Belgium, England, Spain,Switzerland whereas in England the nursing staff mixes up with 79%professional rest thanunskilled nurses. The RCN chief executive mainly highlighted that patients need to be caredsafely and properly and they must provided a high quality services with the right appointednursing staff consisting a depth knowledge of how to taken care of the patients. The hospitalsmust appoint skilled staff with the replacement of unskilled staff for the better care of thepatients and for their betterment. TASKIn many Mitchell., (2011) of the countries problems are arising in the hospitals regardingthe nurses as the patients are complaining of that has they do not getting the proper care and therequired attention has the nurses which are been appointed in the hospitals are mostly less skilledstaffs which does not have any of the knowledge like an skilled nurses in the studies it is beenseen that there are one skilled nurse is there for 25 patients and all the other are the less skillednurses as that can make a high risk to an life of the patients (AccursoTaylor, and Garland., 2011).And because of that the people facing death as they are not getting the proper care and required

things which can make them well as there are less amount of the nurse which is skilled and knowhow to look after the patients (Gerrishand et,al., 2011). There are many such issues as which ismaking problems in the hospital organisation, they are staffing the less skilled nurse who do notknow the ways and process to care the patients. They are staffing these kind of nurse because they have to pay less to them as the lessskilled nurses get agree to do work in an less pay also so that the hospital also need these kindsof the nurses to which they have to pay less, and the nurses which are less skilled does not haveany issues and they does not have any kind of the demands like an skilled nurses because the lessskilled nurses does not know what all are the things which is been used in the hospital for thepatients and what are the things will make the patients needed. So the hospital management doeshas to fulfil any of the things as the less skilled nurses does not have any kind of personal and theprofessional demand (Gurzickand Kesten., 2010). The nurses of less skills can work more in anless amount they get so it is good for the hospital to staff these kind of nurse which will take lesspay and work for an long hours so these can be the reasons for staffing less skilled nurses in mostof the hospitals and they also staff these nurse in some the countries as there are not much skillednurses are available so may be that all are the reason to not keeping the knowledgable nurse. There should be some of the things which should be followed in the hospitals so that they can beable to improve the quality in the hospital as that can help the patients to improve their healthover there (AccursoTaylorand Garland, 2011). There should be an graduate profession nurses in the hospital in the workforce of theregistered nurses as that the there should be no nurse which are unskilled would be their in thehospital so that the patients can get the proper and the good kind of care by the skilled nurses(Greenwood., 2010). While appointing the nurses there should be an proper interview should beconduct which can make clear about the knowledge and the experiences of the nurses thereshould be an proper test and many kind of the things should be done so that all the things can becleared about the staff so that it can show that the person is eligible for nurse or not (HouserandOman., 2010). After selecting the proper and suitable nurses their should be tanning process forthem which will give them the overview of there job that the particular person has to do and theoverall things should be cleared in the hospital while the training periods and there should be ancontinuous training section should be there which will provide them the proper learning andproper knowledge of the process will give.
