This report discusses the evidence-based practice for identifying the causes and effects of coronary artery disease (CAD) and reducing its occurrence. It explores the symptoms of premature CAD and early interventions to avoid risk factors. The report includes a PICO question, clinical question, domain, justification of rationale, tool for research or critical appraisal, appraisal findings, and conclusion. The research is based on six journal articles from 2011 to 2019. The goal is to improve patient outcomes and implement a research-based plan using evidence and data from various sources.
