Introduction
The given report document is an evidence portfolio which will support set of tasks and
activities being produced in previous assessment i.e., CW-1. The give assignment i.e., CW-2 will
deliver various document which were helpful for producing relevant information for the previous
projects.
Summary
This is a portfolio which includes variety of document which will back up the
information and activities being performed in the previous project work. In this portfolio, various
document is presented that deliver the reliability of work done for the previous project. In its
inclusion, various skills being developed in the course of project work are also being supported
with the composition of the document presented in this portfolio. The rations of preparation of
this portfolio include increasing the reliability of work being done for the previous project. In
addition to this, accountability of work being done for the previous project will also be reflected
for its efficiency in this stated project work. The presented portfolio will be an inclusion of
various evidential documents that will support the data which was being presented by me in the
previous project report.
In the given portfolio variety of documents are being included that ranges from quick
guide to reference, guidance to academic writing and similar materials delivered by university
tutors to shape. In inclusive of these documents, there were several learnings which were gained
in respect to personality development through which various learnings were being gained and
related to a course of personal as well as professional development. Overall, the given portfolio
will include various documents for which personal development plans were being tracked and
shaped towards an effective direction for their attainment. Furthermore, it can be said that
provided portfolio delivers appropriate evidence for the activities being performed for delivering
outcomes of the previous project or various tasks or activities being performed in university.
For the said portfolio, documents including guidelines to referencing and relative sources
were being mentioned. In inclusive of the portfolio relevancy of these documents were being
established in respect to work as well as activities undertaken to prepare project work being done
for the previous project. In addition to this, provided portfolio includes performing of SWOT
analysis for which internal and external environment was being examined by an individual. This

carries effective approaches in terms of delivering a better source of information which was
presented in the said project report. Furthermore, these document which were provided by
university also enabled with application of SWOT analysis. This enabled me to use of my
strength and counter my weakness in the process of preparation of the report document.

Academic sources refer to sources that are taken into consideration for completion of the
project work keeping in mind the reliability of the information. The stated document helped me
with seeking attention for relevant sources for which information and data in the report were
being presented. By going through this document, I was being able to complete my project with
appropriate standards which were being derived in the university. The mentioned document
helped me to deliver projects that were assigned to me in an appropriate manner for their
completion. This document guided my efforts in previous projects that were related to
performing secondary researches and delivering the project as per the project brief. Therefore,
the provided document will enable better standards of research to be performed to comply with
brief requirements.
Document 2: Activity for Academic writing
For the given document which includes the exercise of referencing helped me to cite the
source correctly as per the mentioned style of referencing. The given document was inclusive of
various exercises that were being provided by the university. In this document, several learnings
were being gained in respect to framing the project report as per the desirable standards. In its
inclusion, various actions being performed were being initiated with respect to appropriate
guidelines and deliverables of the project requirements. This document will back up all the
information and data in the manner in which they are being presented. For the reason being, such

activities enabled me to write with appropriate techniques and as per desirable standards being
accepted under university formats.
Document 3: Harvard Referencing Quick Guide
The given document includes Harvard referencing quick guide for which various
examples were being shown in respect to reference a book and journals. The stated document
helped me to reference the source correctly as per desirable or acceptable format of referencing.
This quick guide helped me to deliver project report for which my accountability in the
information or data being presented in the project report can be related. For this guide delivering
better ways of an accountable report format were being reflected. In its inclusion, academic
integrity was also being fulfilled which in turn increased the relevancy of the report project.
Document 4: Gibbs reflective cycle
In this given document, reflections over Gibbs reflective cycle were being made. In this
provided document delivering of appropriate techniques were being established for which
effective terms were being established for which better use of resources throughout formulating
the project was being taken into consideration. In the process being self-reflections were being
made that carried with better approaches in terms of completion of project work and equipped
with effective techniques for completion of project report. For the said document several
regulation of project activities was being enabled for which effective delivery standards were
being established.
Document 5: Essay terms
For the given document, essay terms were being taught in respect to deliver the essay
work that were further used in the project work. The provided document act as an effective

evidence for which better standards of completion of project was being taken into consideration.
In the process being through undertaking derivatives of this document, I was able to comply with
guidelines of completion of project. Furthermore, it can be said that, associated tasks for writing
the project work was being adhered. This enhanced my abilities in respect to deliver with up to
the mark assessment which was tasked by university.
Document 6: PDP
In this document, focus on personality development initiative was being taken into
consideration. For this proper initiatives were being taken into consideration for which
development of career plans and relative approaches were being taken place. This document
supports proper interpretation of information and data which was being presented in report
project. The given document delivers better approaches in respect to personality development
and career formulation while being engaged in the project work. This document guided my
efforts in terms of its completion and delivered with proper project work and related all the
success for their completion.
Document 7: PDP application
Inclusive of this document was inclusive of PDP application. Considering this document,
I was being able to deliver better techniques for which proper guidance were being established in
respect to proper personal as well as professional development. In the process being there were
several objectives and action plan was presented that delivered effective standards for
completion of the project report. In the process being my practical skills were being developed
for the purpose being my application skills were being taken into consideration.
Document 8: SWOT analysis

The mentioned document, presentation of SWOT analysis was being included. Through
this document, I was able to deliver the required project as per the desirable standards. In
inclusive of the process there were several instances which helped me to deliver the project
report within the specified period of time for deadline of the project work. With the help of this
document, I was able to perform well in terms of delivering the report complying to required
standards and requirements of list of activities asked to prepared by university.
Document 9: Data interpretation
Provided document provided with derivatives of interpretation of data while formulation
of a project report. Data interpretation refers to evaluation of numeric or figure data in terms of
relating it with relevance to project brief. This document helped me to seek appropriate standards
for which data being presented in the report project was being evaluated. In addition to this,
effective standards were being established for which images or tables being mentioned in the
report project was being justified. This engaged my abilities for complying with requirements of
the report project. This quick guide helped me to deliver project report for which my
accountability in the information or data being presented in the project report can be related. For
this guide delivering better ways of an accountable report format were being reflected. In its
inclusion, academic integrity was also being fulfilled which in turn increased the relevancy of the
report project.
Document 10: Emotional intelligence
In the given document, abilities of emotional intelligence were being displayed. While
being indulged in the process there were several standards on the basis of which project work
was being completed with appropriate standards and within the deadline. Furthermore, there
were several instances under which several theories were being presented in terms of effective
completion of project report. This document states about how I cope with various challenges

which were faced at the time of completing the project work at the required period of time and
for appropriate standards as required.
Document 11: SWOT analysis application
As per the mentioned document, proper SWOT analysis were being mentioned for which
effective results were being enabled. The provided document delivered effective sense of its
delivery in terms of better performance of my abilities and capabilities that forms basis of better
learnings and acquiring to possible opportunities when being raised in the working environment.
For the stated approach, I was able to apply all the learnings that was gained in the process of
acquiring application of techniques and approaches towards better initiatives in terms of
completion of the project.
Document 12: Learning style
The provided document, the respective learning style and reflective portfolio was being
developed. The mentioned document enabled with appropriate standards on the basis of which
effective guidelines was being mentioned for which better working standards were being
developed. In includes variety of approaches for which various project can be approached or
completed. For the purpose, it provided better evidence through which effective standards were
being developed in accordance to developing of project work. In inclusive of the report paper, I
was guided by this document on the basis of which I acquired appropriate learning style and
delivered the project as per specified guidelines.
Conclusion
From the analysis of above report document, it can be concluded that, provided portfolio
enabled with evidence that will support all the activities that were being performed in previous
project tasks. It can be said that, through the given portfolio effective evidence can be submitted
which in turn will deliver accountability and reliability of information being presented for
previous projects and related activities.
