Introduction
The given report document is an evidence portfolio which will support set of tasks and
activities being produced in previous assessment i.e., CW-1. The give assignment i.e., CW-2 will
deliver various document which were helpful for producing relevant information for the previous
projects.
Summary
This is a portfolio which includes variety of document which will back up the
information and activities being performed in the previous project work. In this portfolio, various
document is presented that deliver the reliability of work done for the previous project. In its
inclusion, various skills being developed in the course of project work are also being supported
with the composition of the document presented in this portfolio. The rations of preparation of
this portfolio include increasing the reliability of work being done for the previous project. In
addition to this, accountability of work being done for the previous project will also be reflected
for its efficiency in this stated project work. The presented portfolio will be an inclusion of
various evidential documents that will support the data which was being presented by me in the
previous project report.
In the given portfolio variety of documents are being included that ranges from quick
guide to reference, guidance to academic writing and similar materials delivered by university
tutors to shape. In inclusive of these documents, there were several learnings which were gained
in respect to personality development through which various learnings were being gained and
related to a course of personal as well as professional development. Overall, the given portfolio

shaped towards an effective direction for their attainment. Furthermore, it can be said that
provided portfolio delivers appropriate evidence for the activities being performed for delivering
outcomes of the previous project or various tasks or activities being performed in university.

were being mentioned. In inclusive of the portfolio relevancy of these documents were being
established in respect to work as well as activities undertaken to prepare project work being done
