a period of over 5 years. Facebook is also known as 'Meta' that is a social media platform helpful

The research content selected for finding is Facebook. It will explain if the tools chosen would
be useful in improving the performance that is associated with company. There are many

35587 in year 2018 with a percentage hike of 4.44% (Senathirajah and et.al., 2021). It
then increased by a number of 9355 in 2019 year which denotes that the hiring and
reattainment of employees is increasing in Facebook. It kept on increasing till the count
of 71970 in year 2021 which is a good indicator towards better performance of the
organisation.
 Market capitalisation: In this section it can be observed to rise from 457.98 by a amount
of 49 in 2018 year, 23.577 in year 2019, 144.005 in 2020 year and by 252.96 in year
2021. It denotes that the firm has seen a rising scale in each passing year.
 SUM: Summation of figures recorded so far in case of revenue resulted as 371082,
number of employees resulted as 236208 and in case of market capitalisation it amounted
as 3097.63, in context of revenue it recorded as 371082 (Jin and et.al., 2018).
 COUNT: The count is recorded as 5 which denotes years. It states that how many years
progress and success is being recorded in case of Facebook organisation.

 MINIMUM: It is command that when applied reverts back the smallest figure from the
data set prepared by the company for a given period of time. Minimum figure reflected as
457.985 in case of market capitalisation, 25105 in area of number of employees and
40653 in case of revenue generated in Facebook organisation.
 MAXIMUM: The function denotes the highest digit from the data set prepared so far. It
reflects a figure of 927.528 that is the biggest integer so far obtained by the firm in case
of Market capitalisation. In case of number of employees it recorded to be 71970 and in
section of revenue it depicted a result of 117929 (Carr, 2019).
Interpretation: It can be interpreted from above calculation and charts displayed that the
company has represented and reflected a rising scale in computation of Market capitalisation, It
has also recorded a rapid rise in revenue percentage that started from 10.96 and reached a level
of 31.78%. Number of employees associated with the company has seen to rise with every year
and for straight five years the firm has observed a increase from year 2017 till 2021 year the
quantity raised from 25105 till 71970 figure. It takes help of functions such as Minimum,
maximum, count and sum. The revenue generating quality of company would help to hire more
employees and engage more customers from the related market which would assess in growth
and expansion of business in a certain period of time.
