Executive summary:
Training and development has been important part in business that helps in achieving goals of
the organization. However, to achieve the goal an organization must align training with business
strategies. This paper aims to discuss the case of Execu Clean and analyses the organization’s
balanced score card as well as the workforce demand and supply.

Introduction:
Balanced scorecard is a system used for strategic planning and management in
organization. It is mainly used to communicate the goals, align the day to day work, prioritizing
projects, products and services and measure and monitor progress towards strategic target
(Melnyk et al. 2014). Forecasting current and future staffing needs in relation to organization’s
strategic business objective along with the supply of labor is called workforce demand and
supply. In this report the two concepts will be discussed considering the case study of Execu
clean company.
