1. Reason of pursuing Executive MBA
I am pursuing Executive MBA (EMBA) because it helps me to work with professionals
which in turn assist to enhance my professional skills. Even it helps me to develop a strong
professional network, boot key knowledge and skills which accelerating career profession. So, to
become a good hike, I must posses a strong management skills which I get from Executive MBA
program. Through this program I am able to keep full- time jobs along with attending online
lectures. Further, I also earn a degree which adds value in my resume without putting any hold
in my career. Pursing EMBA will also assist me to be keen to retain the valuable new leadership
as well as management skills that creates positive impression towards interviewer and also earn
a global business perspective.
Moreover, another reason of doing EMBA is such that it assist me to move into best job
position and this in turn leads to boost my career by providing international dimension. Not only
this, pursing this program will help to develop entrepreneurial skills that aid to change my vision
as well.
I particular choose Quantic School of Business and Technology because it assist students

As I have a good working experience in Maple Leaf Food Inc and the greatest career
achievement is skills which I posses during my professional career. Such that I have strong
leadership skills because I lead a team and always monitor the production process i.e. from raw
material to finished goods. I also have a strong problem solving skills which assist me to solve
many disputes between the customers – employees and colleagues, so I think this in another

career achievement which assist me to grab new opportunities for my career. In addition to this,
my working performance is also up to the mark and that is why, most of the time I
complimented by supervisor as well as co- workers. Along with this, I always get rewards in the
term of monetary and non- monetary form as well. Therefore, I think that this reflect my
dedication towards my work which makes me more confident towards my profile. So, by
completing my education in Pharma- Medical Science College of Canada, I learn strong
management skills which provide me an opportunity to work as a Quality Assurance Manager in
top hotels where I also learn new skills.
Apart from this, I always organize my task in perfect manner so that I meet with all my
target that leads to improve my time management skills. Hence, in order to pursue EMBA from
Quantic School of Business and Technology I must posses strong leadership and management
skills that assist me to attain the set goals of my career. As in my current working profile, I
always come with new ideas and keep suggesting my team mates to apply the same. For
example, when the food is served to customers, I keep providing new ideas of serving and
presenting the food items in plates so that consumers are easily attracted from the presentation
skills of my company. As a result, my supervisor always compliment me which I consider it as a
greatest career achievement of my life.
3. Person who provide professional advice
I choose silent achievers because they are well known in circle and guide me towards
my career. These person actually truly earned a name by their own without any false marketing
and do their job in professional manner without showing off. I will ask silent achievers what are
key points that will help me to manage diverse individual and quality of food processed so that
effective services can be offered to end users. At the same time I will ask them the way they
have achieved great success in their professional career without any false marketing or following
ethical principles. So, by asking all such question, I will get to know about key challenges and
areas that I need to developed in order to achive my dream job or pursue career as quality
assurance manager.
If I do not get proper answer from them, then I ask with my University professor for advice
because they are keep connecting with external environment and youngsters and know the
people of their own generation who have failed in their field. Therefore, these person show me
right path and advice me to choose best college for pursuing Executive MBA as well. There are

some question which I might like to ask to professors as they have much experience about
knowledge and skills that need to be present in manager. I will ask them what are recent
technologies and trends that helps in maintaing quality of food products or contribute in food
processing. The ways in which several problem can be resolved and accurate decision can be
taken for benefit of both organisations as well as customers, employees. So, overall I will take
professional advices for key person in order to get best suggestion for my future professional
career.
4. About myself
Since childhood, I have interest in pursuing MBA from Quantic School of Business and
Technology university to achive my dream job. I have leadership qualities, managerial skills that
helps in managing diverse individual or making optimum utilisation of resources with minimum
wastage of resources. I am dedicated and determined to my task and activities that helps in
getting best results and outcome. I always tries to improve or learn from my previous experience
so that same mistake cannot be repeated in future scenario. I belief that to be manager an
individual must have influencing personality, two years experience in similar field, positive
attitude and analytical in order to make correct decision for benefit of firm. Therefore, MBA is
an execellent opportunity that can help me to increase my knowledge related to the way
business need to be manage and operated so that overall objectives of firm can be achieved.
Few years back, I have worked as QA manager at Maple leaf food Inc and many more
companies such as Macgregors meat & seafood ltd, Teva pharmaceutical. I was responsible for
food processing that involves various activities such as liquefaction, cooking, mincing and many
other. At the same time, I have also responsible for appropriate packaging and storing of food
processed so that prepared food can be delivered to customers as per standard quality. I have
completed my study from one of the reputed university named Pharma medical science college
of canada- pharmaceutical quality Assurance to get placement in well- knowed organisation for
bright future ahead. There are key skills, capabilities and knowledge that i have gained form my
previous experience in various organisation of food process industry and at university such as
effective communication, better decision making, analytical and team building skills which can
be fruitful in my both personal and professional career. All these skills have helped me a lot
while completing my task as specific roles in numerous organisations. Therefore, by pursing

graduation in MBA I will able to remove my key weakness or enhance existing skills for
position of quality manager assurance.
While working as manager in Maple leaf food and other companies that are operating in
food production industry I have get numerous experienced and knowledge related to
transformation of cooked ingredients. I have also learned about several methods that can be used
to assure quality of food so that best services can be delivered to end customers for growth and
expansion of business. In short, it can be stated that i am able to learned about the way food are
packed, perserved and processed so that standard quality of products can be delivered to
customers. Therefore, previous experience in various companies have contributed in enhancing
my overall skills that can be fruitful for future career as Quality Assurance manager.
So, from my previous experienced in food processing industry, I have decided to pursue
further study in MBA for quality assurance manager. Through MBA program i will learn about
various employment skills and capabilities that are essential required by manager to maintained
quality of products so that customers are motivated to be part of organisation for fulfilment of
their needs.
