Introduction
Executive Engineering is one of the leading organization in Australia with
a speciality of constructing both small and large size buildings in an
effective manner as per the interest and requirements of the client. In
recent time, a client advertised the gathering of bidding from the various
construction companies for the building of a coffee café. Executive
Engineering also bid for the same project and won after a competitive
round. Now, the most critical part in the construction project that was
differentiated from other construction projects being carried out by the
Executive Engineering was that the café was to developed using an old
theme coming from 1950-1960s. The client desired to provide an
experience of past times to its customers. For the same reason, the
project comes with a certain challenge for Executive Engineering as it was
an expert in modern kind of projects. However, Executive Engineering
aimed to take up the challenge in a positive manner and aimed to achieve
the final objectives of the project by making use of effective project
management techniques and methodologies. Therefore, this study will be
focusing on project management planning for the Old Hat Café project on
the behalf of Executive Engineering. This project will be comprised of

complete aspects involved in the project management ranging from
project initiation to project closure.
