Executive Summary Network communication is a set-up that is used to establish a mutual network that can be used for communication and interaction within the network. Some of the activities that occur over the network include file sharing, printers and other communications such as the use and the operation of email service for an organization. During the meeting on the occurrence of the interview, some of the issues raised include lack of reliable and fast network connection including lack of a functional webmail service that can be used for communications and relations within the organization. The aim of the project is aimed at attaining the goals and covering up the issues outlined in the meeting during the interview. Some other factors considered for the project is the identification of a software/hardware which can be able to handle various functions including the editing and video capturing.

Introduction Priority Advertising Corporation is an organization which is located in Brisbane whose main areas of operations include rendering among other activities like shooting and editing. The main areas of focus for the organization are in the field of films and rendering. The organization has an office at Brisbane which has offices consisting of marketing, advertising, accounting with a total of 4 floors. The machines at the employees' offices are usually connected using switched with a series of several ports connected at each of the ends of the switches. For the operations such as design, each of the employees' machines must contain a memory of 8GB consisting of 500GB for the hard drive. The organization has a total of 10 employees for the editing team department whose machines operations are required to operate on high- resolution graphics for the design of certain software. Project Proposal Need statements The requirements and the required procedures for the implementation include the network design which contains the layout and the steps for the purposes of installation. The server installation process requires both the hardware and the software requirements present. Goals and Objectives The main aim of this project is the configuration and the installation of a server and a network-based design which is dependent on the network design (Singh, 2015). The goals involve the installation and the configuration of the server. After all the requirements which include both the hardware and the software are provided. The server installation can then proceed in such a way that each of the given steps can be implemented independently. 2
Methodology This follows the specified paradigms and the plans which include the design and implementation of the server. The network design is outlined in such a way that the implementation of the same is done. The implementation follows the paradigms and the steps which are included in the network design and the layout. All the steps and the phases are strictly followed to ensure that the network design is implemented and successful for each of the given departments. Technical Solutions Some of the technical solutions involved include the implementation of the network design and control of the server. The server should be controlled asynchronously such that each of the requests made from any computing device should be able to accompanied by a response. The implementation of the server and the network is dependent and based on the network design. The design contains all the steps which are used in the installation process. Network security is key and these feature provided by the wireless router facilitates authentication where user identity is confirmed before gaining access to the system. Brother Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer has been suggested because of its high processing and printing speed. It also has duplex printing and mobile printing features (Joshi and Shuen, 2011). Activity 5 Protocols are methods that are used for the exchange of information and data between the computing devices. Communication between the devices is triggered and enables by the use and the implementation of the internet and network-enabled devices (Asati, Droms, and Bollapragada, 2015). Data transmission occurs through the interconnection and is aided by the use of the internet. Dial-up internet access is a technology that operates like the modem, for instance, modulation and demodulation. This type of technology can be used by an organization that has a limited budget and lacks funds for the implementation and the installation of a network service (Comer, 2018). 8
Reliable internet connection can be used for the transfer and serving of available resources from one computing device to another (Thakkar, Zhang, and Koponen, 2016). Some of the technologies which operate just like the dial-up include Digital lops which are used in accordance with a telephony-based mobile service. Asymmetric loops can also be used in the same way that the digital loop operates. Internet cabling can be used to provide faster and reliable internet connection in the cases where the internet connection is poor, for instance, in some of the places like the rural areas (Rahim et al., 2018). Wireless Broadband (WiBB) this is the modest internet access technology allowing the conveyance of high-speed internet within a large range area. It uses the microwave technology where there are the transmitter and the receiver on the other end. The waves are then demodulated and behold you have internet (Chen et al., 2017). Wi-Fi has become one of the modest means of internet connection which has become widespread for the devices to access the internet. The Wi-Fi is able to cover a wide range and able to increase the speed with which the devices can be able to access internet connections. A public address is accessible to every computing device (Zhuo, 2019). The IP addresses allocated can either be dynamic or static depending on the mode of operation of the computer and the type of connection. Two computers cannot be allocated the same IP address in the same network. Each computer has its own unique address within the network except for the public address. The addresses enable the devices to access the internet and be able to serve the resources from the internet. A private network, on the other hand, is a preserved type of network service which is mainly used by an organization within its premises only. Such type of network services can be used in schools and government agencies which are used to prevent and only limit their devices and resources to the scope 10
of the organization only (Danforth, 2018). For the devices to be able to share resources and data within the organization, they must be connected and have access to the internet. A private network can be limited access by the use of a firewall that can be able to prevent and limit access to a certain type of network devices only. These types of network devices can only be known to the organization (DeCenzo et al., 2018). Recommendation The server and the wireless network nodes should be synchronized to reduce latency between the data upload and transmission (Singh, 2015). Packets which have not been transmitted from the nodes to the server should be retransmitted. To avoid the problem of packet loss, data streams sent to the server should be in synch with the endpoints at the server. Conclusion In summary, a network comprises sets of two or more computers that are linked together in order to share resources and communicate. Computers cannot share resources or communicate well without the use of a network. In order to achieve the main goals of a network, designing of the network is crucial (Franck, 2016). In addition to components and the physical devices linked to the network, software and firewall are part of the network implementation (Singh, 2015). The intrusion detection system and products of the software such as firewalls are among the security measures that can be implemented in a network to achieve the desired goals. 11
