Situation / Background
I am student of MA Multimedia public relations for almost 2 years which helped me in
developing range of digital capabilities. In this I have learned to use different methods and
technologies and social media for production. I have experience of investigating or researching
about different elements of digital marketing use in context of consumer, economic as well as
political context. I am pursuing Digital media platform and publicity course form Teesside
University. This module is significant for enhancing my specifications in global brand or local
jewels for commercial corporation, researching communication and so on. My technical skills
includes knowledge about video and audio editing software such as Adobe audition, Premier pro
and Avid. I am BA Hons in English Language for Ekiti States University, Nigeria. I have worked
with Love and Grace secondary school in Nigeria as National service youth Crops.
Vision/ Aim
My vision is to work in company in order to provide public services by broadcasting
information for general reception in the country. I want to help in communication between
neighbouring countries or global at large.

There are number of skills and capabilities that is required in order to perform and carry
out different activities in more effective and efficient manner. The major skills which is essential
to perform desired role activities in accurate manner are mention below -
Skills Experiences
Confidence – It is crucial for individual to
have confidence in order to perform required
set of activities in better and accurate manner.
Confidence capabilities of individual will
support in enhancing performance of
individual.
Working confidently while conducting
activities such as Photoshop, operating
Facebook, Instagram and other social
networking site support me in determining
weather I have appropriate confidence to carry
out job role or not. Through the experience of
Teesside University I have analysed that I have
confidence to work correctly as well as meet

with the expectation of organisation.
Team work skills – This skill refer as the
capability or potential of individual for
performing activities correctly in a group of
people. This skill will help in developing
strong relationships with other and attaining
goals.
My experience of working in National
television authority I have developed and
enhanced my team working skills. In this
organisation I was working as intern in
February, 2018. In this I have been effectively
performing and carrying activities of the team
and contribute my maximum efforts to attain
goals.
Creativity – Creativity is essential skills of a
individual as this skills will lead to support in
conducting any task or activity in different and
innovative manner. It is essential for an
individual to have this skill to perform required
task in more effective manner.
This is important skills that is needed for a
person who is working in multimedia sector.
With the experience of broadcasting
advertisement I have analysed that creativity
skills needs to be developed.
Communication – Effective communication
skills refer as the capability and potential of
individual to convey message and idea in
correct and appropriate manner. Due to
effective communication skill a person will be
able to transfer message in such a manner that
receiver understand the message properly.
Through the experience of English and
government teacher in Peace college. I have
determined that I needs to develop
communication skills.
Organisational skill – This can be describe as
the capabilities and potential for individual to
organize and manage things in correct and
accurate manner. Organisational skills needs to
be with in an individual so that they can
effectively perform different activities as well
as timely accomplish goals.
This is essential skills for in individual while
carrying out business operation. I have
determined that while working in Peace college
I am not able to correctly manage different task
and operation of organisation.

I have determine and analyse my skills and capabilities with the skills that is required by
perform for performing task. This will help me in determining my current skills and potential
which is significant for successfully completing business activities.

Team player – I am team play as I have
strong team working skills. These skills are
significant for me to work effective in a group

I have analysed that I have strong team
working skills and capabilities. I have
experience this while I was working in a team
project. In this I determined that I work
effectively and properly in a team as well as
able to successfully attain goals and objectives.
My experience in Multimedia public relation
assist in year 2018 was significant for
improving my team work skills. In this I have
worked in team in order to provide public
services through broadcasting independent or
impartial information for general reception. In
this experience I have worked with effective
and significant team who supported me and
developed my skills. In this experience I have
learned to gain more understanding about how
to work effectively in a team.
Confidence - Confidence capabilities are
significant while presenting my ideas and
message to others. I am a confident person and
ready to take new opportunities.
While studying in University I have
participated in different events and this help
me in analysing that I have confidence.
Participation in different events and activities
will lead to increase my knowledge and
capabilities. With the experience of Teesside
University I have developed and gain more
information about technical aspects. Due to

this I have developed more confidence of using
technology in proper and accurate manner.
Enthusiastic – I am enthusiastic about my
work which help me in performing and
carrying out different activities in more correct
manner. Due to high enthusiasm to enjoy what
I am doing as well as delivering high
commercial values while conducting business
task.
Through the experience of Peace college as a
English and Government teacher I have
understand the I am very enthusiastic about my
work and job role. I feel very energetic while
communicating with student as well as
performing different activities such as
preparing terminal students for internal or
external examinations.
Time management – This skill can be define
as the capabilities and potential of an
individual to carry out business activities in
right time. Due to this skill I am able to
manage time and task in such a manner that
work in completed on time.
I have strong time management skill which is
determined through the experience of Love and
Grace secondary school, Nigeria in January,
2017. In this I was working as National Service
Youth Corps and I have to conduct and manage
different set of activities timely. Through this I
have determine that I am able to properly
managing and performing activities such as
SS3 students and encourage them to
communicate in English Language.
Technical skills – I have information and
understanding about new and updated
technology. This skill is supportive in for
performing and conducting different technical
work in more correct way. Technical skills
includes capability of a person to use new and
advance technology in appropriate manner.
I have strong technical skill which is developed
and enhanced through the experience of Digital
media platform and publicity. I have
determined that I have technical skills and
capability to use technology is correct right
manner. While working correctly and
accurately in Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter and other social media sites. In this I
have analysed that I am able to work
effectively in MS word, PowerPoint and excel
