investment on market research so that the desires of people pertaining to non-alcoholic beverages
can be known. The organisation needs to emphasis on the sale and distribution of its beverages to
the hotels, non-licensed retailers, as well as restaurants. The organisation needs to devise plans
so that the external forces that will affect its operation in the UK environment can be tackled
effectively. The organisation needs to analyse the market forces properly, so that the demand of
the customers as well as the availability of drinks in the UK market can be figured out. The
organisation needs to adopt proper measures of analysing the competition in the UK market so
that it can gain competitive advantage over other organisations in the market and can attract
more customers.
CSS will diversify its products that are the organisation will also offer non-alcoholic beverages
other than alcoholic beverages. The organisation will offer its premium vodka to the people in
UK, mainly to attract Romanians in the country. However, since the organisation will offer other
kinds of drinks as well, it will manufacture the drinks in its manufacturing plan based in the
outskirts of London. Nevertheless, the organisation will import Anestasi vodka from Romania
through cargo aeroplanes. The organisation will emphasise on the development of mobile
application to make sure that the experience derived by the customers can be enhanced by
making their journey more comfortable. The organisation will adopt internet-marketing methods,
