Also, the idea of expanding to new communities by opening new restaurants in different locations will enhance the social value of the organization. For example, the place will be touted as a landmark for people to socialize with friends and family. The web has become a vital element in the expansion of business and creating a unique identity for an organization. Also, it is a perfect platform to increase the prominence of the specialized product in the market. This is a great way to increase the sales of sauces on the market. All these attributes and ideas for expansion will increase the identity value of the organization in the market (Radicic and Pugh, 2017).

Robert is also trying to bring more professionalism in the working style of the restaurant and to utilize the different new modes of technology that will help in managing, planning, overseeing, and strategizing the daily activities of the restaurant. So, as to propose his vision to his father, he has to do it very logically and carefully without providing any hindrances to his father’s years old approach. All his approaches have to be planned under his father’s approach to providing people with simple but great food and in a comfortable environment and most importantly at reasonable prices. Each and every approach have the core strategy of fulfilling this vision of his father. This is also the unique attribute of the organization, which should be utilized for attaining various benefits(Birru et al., 2018). The expansion to a larger place should be planned in the current location only. It is crucial as this will help in convincing Frank about the different changes. Also, from the business point of view, people recognize the restaurant through its location, which is easily accessible as it is in the center of the city and near to a mall. Expanding to new towns will increase the brand name of the organization and this will also increase the customer and profits of the organization. Robert has to clearly understand Frank about the effectiveness of the internet, and how it is beneficial in expanding to larger audiences in lesser time. Building a brand that specializes in making sauces and making this a unique selling point will be beneficial for the organization. In building a unique brand name for the organization(Abeysekera, 2017).
