It is well known that customer is the king of business. It plays an important role
in the success of business. Customer is the only person who can raise the
business on top or at bottom. Here are some reasons which are explaining the
impact of customer service on business success:
Increasing Revenue- Sales can be only done by the customer, and sales result
in the increase in revenue. Any organisation measure their profit or loss on
the basis of revenue or their sales.
Better Reputation- Positive reputation is another pillar of growth of any
organisation. Happy customer will always help the organisation to create a
good reputation in the market. If any company wants to improve their
reputation, they should start serving their customer best service.
Retention correlates to customer satisfaction- Good customer service helps
the organisation to retain the customer, which clear the path of success for
any business organisation.
Employees happiness correlates to customer happiness- Good customer
service create a positive goodwill or reputation of organisation because of
this, employees of organisation feel happy and satisfactory with their jobs and
organisation.
