Parents/Carers: A nanny work in partnership with parents by sharing the knowledge and

nanny. A nanny should make the parents inform about day of their child.
Extended family members: While working in partnership with the extended family
members, a nanny should have team mentality. They must working alongside families as
a member of team in order to ensure that children receive best care and upbringing as

Friends of family: A nanny must maintain good working relations with friends of family
and work in partnership with them so that if in case, parents are not available in any
