Networxcompany has been chosen for further study which is an online recruitment organsaition. It is anonline recruitment software which is able to recruit people and outsource to the concerningindustry. There are 53 employees in the firm with a turnover of 3.5 million GBP. In the presentreport company expressing CSR activities with their working structure. Further , there are variousaims and objectives will be set. So company analysis and proper study on CSR activities ofNetworx is carried out. The report will cover the recommendation and suggestions for applyingCSR in mentioned organisation.
