Changes and challenges faced by online learners?
While conducting the online class I determined that evolution of online techniques has
bring several changes in the current methods of learning which help an individual to enhance
their skills as well as abilities which help them in attaining the desire goal (Kao, 2020). On the
other hand according to my perspective there are several changes experienced by online learners
as now in order to attain each and every class student need to be active on the internet and as
well as currently they also have personal phone or computer which impact negatively on their
performance. In addition to this respective which I analyze that change also impact on the
student mental as well as physical health as online leader all time sit in front of computer, mobile
or tablet. In addition to this I also determined that online classes also impact or change the
lifestyle of the online learners as now all the time learners are sit in front of internet which
reduce their physical activities which directly or indirectly impact on the health of students or
learners. Along with this, while conducting the evaluation I also determined that there several
challenges faced by the online learner while conducting their classes or studies online. While this
I understand that extra curriculum activities are also not present during online classes that are
really essential for overall development of students. Therefore, there are several constraints are
faced by students as well as mentors during online techniques. In addition to this other
challenges which are experienced by online learners are related with technical as I determined
that there are several students who are not technically expert due to which they experienced
several issues in operating applications for classes which is done online. Moreover according to
my perspective online learners also face challenges related with the distraction as well as time
management which impact on their performance. Other challenged that I understand is related
with the staying motivated because in when student not get proper interaction with teacher they
not feel much motivated as well as encouraged.
Key stakeholders in online learning environment?
Stakeholders are considered as person or group of person who can impacted or impacted
by the activities related to specific project (Dhawan, 2020). It is essential for a company or other
aspects to consider their stakeholders in the decision making or activities because through it they
able to take proper decision as well as it also help in attaining the desire goal and objectives.
While conducting work on this project I understand that there are several individuals such as

mentors, teachers, students, technology experts and more are some crucial parties that are
involved in online studies. In which I understand that mentors provide guidance to students in
order to enhance their knowledge and skills so that learners will attain their desire goal as well as
objectives in successful manner (Ridge and Ritt, 2017). In addition to this I also determine that
there are several other important stakeholders present during online classes such as a team of
efficient technical staffs are also required to manage whole process of online learning. Moreover
according to me these stakeholders also provide guidance or support to the online learners so that
they conduct their studies in proper manner. Another stakeholders of online classes which I
determined is students or learners who are the main part of online classes as they are the one who
need to conduct their study through online application for enhancing their skills, abilities and
knowledge. Furthermore next important stakeholder according to my viewpoint is teachers who
are the one who provide lessons to the students so that they conduct their studies in proper
manner (Littenberg-Tobias and Reich, 2020). Along with this, I also understand that teacher are
the one who opt for the simplest way to teach students so that they able to attain their desire goal
as well as objectives successfully. In addition to this teachers also provide guideline to the online
learners so that they can attain their desire goal and objectives of developing a successful career.
Furthermore, I also determined that these are some of the main as well as essential stakeholders
of the online classes where learners get proper information which help them in attaining their
desire goal and objectives.
What are the responsibilities of each stakeholder?
Through the analysis I determined that different stakeholders perform different types of
responsibilities which help in accomplishing the work in proper as well as effective manner. I
determined that in online classes there are several types of stakeholders who perform different
kinds of roles as well as responsibilities so that online learners will attain their learning goal in
successful manner (Adnan and Anwar, 2020). Moreover effective played responsibilities of
different stakeholders help in conducting online classes in best manner which increase skills,
abilities and knowledge of students in proper manner. I also analyzed that students are
responsible to take classes during predefined time and maintain proper decorum during online
classes. Below responsibilities of each stakeholders which are involve in the online classes are
mentioned below:-

Teachers – I understand that the main role of this stakeholder is to answer the queries and
droughts of the students. Moreover I also determined that teacher also develop study materials
for the students from which learners can do their studies properly as well as effectively for the
attainment of their career goal in successful manner.
Students – This is considered as that stakeholder for whom whole online classes is developed or
organized. While this I understand that I it is responsibility of a good student to conduct proper
studies so that they can attain their career objective or goal successfully. In addition to this I is
also responsibility of students which I determined that they must respect their teacher so that
they also feel proud to them as well as help in studies.
Technical staffs – According to my analysis these are also important stakeholders of online
platforms who are responsible to manage efficient sever during online classes (Stephenson,
2018). Along with this I also understand that technical staffs also help learners to operate the
online application of classes in proper manner.
Mentor – According to me mentors are generally responsible to answer the queries of students
and learners effectively so that they can get proper skill and knowledge.
Discuss personal self-development plan?
Personal self-development plan is considered as a method or technique which is adopted
by a person in order to enhance their skills, abilities as well as knowledge so that they attain their
desire goal successfully. Moreover personal self-development plan also help a person in
polishing their strengths as well as overcoming the weaknesses so that they attain their desire
goal and objectives of career. I have examined that there are several skills such as
communication as well as presentation skills that I need to develop during my studies (Lejeune,
Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2017). For this, I will take several online classes and also take
suggestions from experienced person to develop these skills. In addition I will determine a
predefined period of time and also asses the progress in order to undertake necessary activities
for improvements. In addition to this I also determined that I also need to increase my time
management skill because that will help me in conducting my work in effective manner as well
as it also help in ensuring all work are done on time. In order to enhance this skill I can attain
workshops where I can observe professional that how they manager their time properly for

increase my technical skill so that I can do some of the technical work by myself which safe my
time of asking other for help.
