Introduction

 Aviation industry is considered as the sector that generates huge revenues
and contributes well in improving economic performance of the nation.
Biannual industry report of 2017 has declared that airline sector has raised
its profit as compare to previous year.
 Passenger traffic has been increased by 8.1% in this year. As per the
forecasting of International Air transport association (IATA) it has been
identified that till the end of 2018 aviation industry will be able to
generate $ 38.4 billion net profit.
Industry, Market size, structure and nature of market

 A British airway is facing huge competition in the market. Malaysian
airline, Jet airways, Cathay Pacific, Thai etc. is the main competitors of the
organization.
 Malaysia airline has employed 6601 employees.

 From the above report ,it can be concluded that SWOT and PESTLE
analysis tools are considered as the most effective models that help the

activities properly so that it can raise its profitability to great extent.
