1. Part 1. Creating report outline
In Formative Task 1, you chose a project topic and key research questions which you want to
address in your Extended Project. This task will help you with the organisation of your written
report. Think about the main goals and aims of your project before you begin to structure your
report:
1. What is the working title of your extended project?
Ans- The working title of our extended project report is related to the challenges that improves the
reliability of hybrid cars. This topic is greatly able to provide the detailed evaluation about the
significance of improvements in the reliability aspects of hybrid cars. It has been evaluated that
rapid consumption of fossil fuel and enhanced environmental damages caused by them arises the
situation of introducing new and advanced hybrid cars for the betterment of the external
environment. They are the ones who provide promising solutions to the serious existential problems
posed to the planet earth (Burnap, Hauser and Timoshenko, 2021). Hybrids are generally more reliable
aspect than their gas counter parts because hybrid are often built over proven reliable gas powered
platform. There are various benefits that has been involved by introducing hybrid cars into the world
as they are highly environmental friendly, provide financial benefits, less dependent over fossil
fuels, built from light materials, having smaller engines, automatic in nature and various other
similar kind of advantages.
This study will illustrate and impose such kind of information into existence which
automatically provides effectiveness of the proposed introduction along with overcome form various
challenges that has been faced in order to improve the reliability of hybrid cars. It will be increase
and develop higher efficiency environmental because of electronic battery uses and applies in
hybrid car engine. Hybrid car organization has to be implemented and develop innovative things for
improvement and higher efficiency development with perfect identification and engagement of
resource management which will be higher efficient for future as well. And it will definitely influence
future effectiveness as well.
2. What is the overall aim/purpose of your extended project?

Ans- The aim of the current investigation is to assess varied challenges that helps in improvement
over the reliability aspect of hybrid cars. With the purpose of doing research over this topic, it will be
identified that up to what extent the environment requires the modifications for the betterment and
growth of the people living in society as well as for the betterment of the overall external
environment. The report will base upon certain aspects such as the fuel efficiency of the hybrid
cars. From previous researches it has been identified that the hybrid cars are consists of smaller
engines which are usually small, light weighted and highly efficient in nature as they do not have to
power the car alone (Olowu and et.al., 2018). However, apart from various benefits it also includes
certain challenges such as hybrid vehicle employ complex electrical architecture because they
involve traditional power system along with electric system that involves motors and batteries. It
also requires huge amount of control systems in order to determine the performance for hybrid
system. But irrespective of their challenges the re;liability and requirements of the hybrid cars are
highly required within the environment as it also provides sustainability within the external
environment. It also consists of solar energy efficient equipment's which helps to generate fuel
efficient cars along with hydro mechanics.
Although it requires effective mechanical engineering because of the involvement of power
electronics as well as helps to manage the energy in most efficient manner. In order to develop
such concept, the engineers are trying their maximum to develop batteries that are efficient, safe,
cost effective and environmental friendly in nature. The cars should be in a way which withstand
with harsh environment conditions such as moisture, vibration and temperature ranging from 40
degree Celsius to 125 degree Celsius (Patil and et.al., 2017).
3. At this stage, what is your thesis statement (opinion/argument/viewpoint) likely to be? (What
is the answer to the overall question you are trying to answer?)
i)To what extent is hybrid cars more reliable than petrol engine cars
Hybrid car is more reliable than petrol engine cart, major important things is its beneficial for polluted free
environment development. It prepares by light material, clean, small size so ts not cover wide area, in
heavy traffic area its very beneficial for because its not provide harm to society. Petrol engine cars are
useful and its speed quality is higher and most of the people uses this types of car because amount of this
type of car is fewer other than hybrid cars. Idea about global warming its essential that people encourage
and car manufacturing industries develop electronic vehicle for environment effectiveness development.
Organizations which prepares hybrid car they have to engage more innovative techniques, and implement

electronic battery which takes few amounts of money so individual can spend on it. (Potoglou, and et.al.,
2020)
ii) What is the significance of hybrid cars to our environment
Its useful for control many environmental challenges, because of cleaner it not influences noise pollution,
environmental friendly cars which not provide harm and polluted environments. Major beneficial term is to
reduce fuel consumption, expansion of this car require less resources' availability than petrol engine car.
But the major challenging term is people not highly engage with hybrid cars because they not feel more
motivated, and because of pricing activity individual not able to buying and it consumes electricity as well.
Knowledge about this term its essential that individual think about uses of electronic vehicles.
iii)How electric cars are environmentally friendly:
Its not influence and raise pollution in environment, like it improves air quality in environment, it increases
effectiveness in environmental because of reduction in noise pollution and it develops peaceful
environment. Electronic batteries which engage in hybrid car is recycling to it reduces wastage as well. So
its essential that people consider to utilizing this approach for environmental effectiveness development and
car manufacturing organization has to consider and develop higher focuses on electronic vehicles which is
beneficial for environment different types of factors (Adamovich, 2020).
