What the company does?
The Exxon Mobil is an organization that has been functioning for the last 135 years
and even more. The organization has grown from a regional marketer of kerosene, to now
becoming the largest organization that is publicly trading in the international market of oil
and gas. The Exxon Mobil are integrated marketers and refiners of petroleum products and
also many other chemicals too (ExxonMobil, 2017).

The Exxon Mobil deals in aviation fuels and lubricants, asphalt, basestocks, crude oil
sales, commercial vehicle lubricants, industrial lubricants, marine fuels and lubricants,
passenger vehicle lubricants, retail fuels, waxes, white oils, and other wholesale fuels. The
organization utilizes better and new innovation strategies for meeting the growing energy
needs of people.
The Exxon Mobil is a public controlled organization and it is due to the distribution of its
ownership to a wide range of people in the form of shares. The current chairman of the board
and the CEO of the company is Darren W. Woods. But the decisions are taken in
collaboration to the other shareholders of the organization.
