As a teacher, my role is to provide quality and rightlearning to the children in order to nurture their skills andknowledge. From the analysis of my activities, I can saythat my strengths are managing and controlling thechildren in class. I have good interaction andcommunication skills through which I am able to interactwith children in an effective and efficient manner. Myweaknesses are lack of comprehension skills and lack ofpatience. I have high temperament which can negativelyimpact on the support activities provided to children.1.1.21.5. Identify and obtain the information required to support learning activities. As a teacher, in order to develop and provide support tolearning activities, certain information is required.Information regarding child behavior, temperament,learning ability, interacting skills, personality, traits andcharacteristics are required for teacher in order todevelop learning plan and support learning activities(Temple et.al., 2018). The information can be obtainedthrough observations, assessments, interaction andmaking communication with the child. 1.1.53.2. Explain how social organization and relationships may affect the learning process.Social organization and relationships affects the learningprocess greatly. In many subjects, children will be set in groupsaccording to their ability. This allows them to move forward with theirlearning and not to be held up by learners that may need more support,which can be given by the teacher or teaching assistant (Burke et.al.,2015). These organisations may assist in providing precise learningplan through which teacher could provide effective and precise learningto the children.
