• Facial Technologies is used for identifying
people. In this image of the people is compared
with the database of the people that they have.
• In crime prediction technology, people are
identified on the basis of the records they in the
criminal history.
• Both these technologies creates challenges
related to civil liberty hence creates challenges in
regards to ethics, social and legal aspects.

• Ethics related concerns arise
due to use of these
technologies as if it goes into
the hands of the wrong people
they may utilise it for their
purpose.
• Women in some cultures are
not allowed to show the face
and if they are forced to do so
then it might be a social issue.
• Legal issue such as breach of
civil liberty.
