INTRODUCTION

Consensus decision making is a dynamic and creative approach way to reaching
agreement between all the members in a group. Training should be provided by every team
members, which will help to understand new approaches of decision making. This will help to
take new decision with mutual understanding of all employees inside organisation. I have chosen
this approach to make better decision making inside work place. In this context, internal
environment, everyone know they can be know about approach will be honest. (Okwir
Ulfvengren and Kaulio, 2014.)

I believe that coach must respect the fundamental rights about internal and external
working environment. I have focus on must be aware about to take new decision regarding team
members inside work place. I have to learned that coach must be focus on all employees inside
work place. They take new responsibility for every employees working habit. This means to
ensuring smart work and other factor. At the end, decision are based on what is important, what
is right and what is wrong.

Organisation will be based on team support and every worker inside organisation will be
focus on team work play important role for effective performance. I give my 100 % to build
effective team. On the other hand, people have working in a group very long time period. So they
are thinking to work better and leaders can do support every activity. There are three most
important example of effective team are as follows :

There are to be focus on level of communication play a most important part to improve
current as well as future conditions of organisation. With the help of flowchart must be improve
department services. As per the above case, deliver of the product on time of customer as well as

many changes on working environment. Flow chart will be help to identify the gap of
communication process. There are some most important point must be used are as follows :
 Order receipt : In this stage, order is made and provide receipt to customer.
 Credit check : After that credit facility is check.
 Inventory check : Organisation will be focus on inventory check, product will be
available in stock on not.
 Production : Than production process will be start and deliver to customer.
 Shipment : The product will be deliver to customer through different method.
 Billing : At the end billing process will be done and payment will be collected.

Most of time customer will not receive email form organisation side. This is the biggest
problem is faced by organisation. In this context, organisation must be focus on internal
department of email system and communication process will be improve through experts. Some
time server system will be not working properly and level of communication must be improve
for it. (Madarisa and Melinda Noer Asmawi, 2017.)

I have to be focus on each and every internal activity, which will be support top channel
system of communication. As a coach, at the time to get new order to customer that step is most
important, because to collect complete information form customer. In addition, each step link
with other step so to be focus at a time to collect basic information of customer. There are
different type of coaching is to be provided by internal employees related to internal server
system and process must be used to inside work place. Some different kinds of coaching is to be
provide like Mapping computer algorithms, data management and managing workflow.

Marketing share will be expand only, if organisation need increase level of profit. There
are different kinds of strategies must be used to solve any problem as well as consumer
behavioured play a most important role for increasing profit rate. It will be expand the market
share to be focus ion calculating share of profit and measuring sale of percentage unit of
organisation. It may be change local as well as regional market. There must be higher market

share is calculated by measuring high volume and other powers. (Skourtis, Chatzopoulou and
Koniordos, 2016.)

There will be focus on some different kinds of strategies to overcome any weakness
inside work place. Some new strategies will be established for customer interaction level will be
change for it. It is one of the most important part for organisation is how many customers are
interacted with each other. This will be change for improving level of quality must be change for
long period. Some time negative interaction of customer will be converted into positive
interaction. There are good marketer play a most important role at the time of change in level of
customer mind set as well as improvement in overall development. (Ates, 2014.)
B.
To measure customer satisfaction, organization should create a satisfaction survey to
measure the correct attribute and benchmark should be set, bench marking is the best way to
improve and measure customer satisfaction. Compare customer satisfaction of most successful
competitor with yours and work on the flaws and try to improve those flaws that is how
customers will get more satisfied and customer satisfaction can be measured. (Roux, 2015,)
The most important component for measuring customer satisfaction is CSAT. In which
company can directly ask the customer to rate their product or services. And company's score is
average of all the customer responses. So that is how customer satisfaction can be measured.

Company should use different innovative ideas and models so that problem of
communication gaps can be solved and improved. And that models and innovative ideas should
be communicated to stakeholders means to the employees, suppliers and shareholder etc of the
company.
Activity 3.1
1.
To implement the change process in the organisation, here we are using Kotter's 8 step
change model. As, this is the best model for change management.
a) Change can only happen if the whole company wants it. Company should develop a sense of
necessity in the organization so that things can move and get started.
b) If organisation is looking for changes in its communication sysyem or production
management, it has to convince people that change is important for both, company and
employees as well. Managing change is not enough, to lead the change that company wants to
make it has to bring the leaders and ask them for their support and commitment. And work on
communication level and internal control of the organization.(Oun, 2015.)
c) Changes means so many ideas come in mind at a time, so link those ideas with overall vision
so that everyone can easily grasp it. So always create a vision for change.
d) If any vision comes in your mind for the change in the organisation, communicate it with the
team in the company as company really need to work on communication gaps and on internal
department of email system. So communication of vision will help the company to get better
ideas and its implementation.
e) If the organisation reaches the point of change process, change leaders should be hired to look
forward for the procedures and they should be rewarded for making change happen. Identifying
the people who resist the change are equally important because its equally important to look
what they need.
f) Before implementing the changes, organization should create a short term win so that staff can
see that and negative thinkers for change will not get hurt after seeing the short term win.

g) Company needs change in its internal management so, after short term win determine what
went right and what needs improvement. Now, set goals on the things company has achieved.
h) As the organisation needs to change its communication gap problem, after bringing the
changes talk about the success story after the change process.

To recommend the changes in the organisation, very first submit the application for changes that
are required in the organisations, after that determine the programme and its impact, once the
application is being submitted and its approval for changes is required. And it will be approved
by the designated authority and if the application will not approve, the process will end their
only. But after it is being approved for changes, verify the changes and bring the process to end.

Activity 3.2 and 3.3

To maintain records and keeping them accurate and up to date makes any organization
business successful, as maintaining records helps in preparing final accounts of the company as
well as it helps in knowing the control of cash in the business. If in an organization records are
maintained that it will save time in future.
Records maintenance helps in knowing the thefts and frauds in the company and thus, an
organization will able to know about the internal proceedings through records.

Documents that are required to be maintained by organization over the course of it's
lifetime.
a) Meeting minutes: document which keep record of what has and talked at the meeting of the
company.
b) Non- disclosure agreement: Every organization has its private information such as: customer
list, financial records etc. so such documents are required to be maintained by the company.
c)Employment Agreement: This document is not maintained by every company but if any
company wants that there new hires will not leave the company too soon or will disclose the
information about the company to other competitors than it can maintain the document and get it
signed from the employee.(Rietema, 2015)

Performance of an employee has a major impact on the success of the organization, so if
a employee is performing well or not than it can be addressed by keeping a eye on his attitude
towards work, punctuality, behavior to seniors and subordinates etc. So, if an employee is not
working properly than manager should go to the root cause of the problem and ask employee if
they need any more resources for working and that is how a manager can help the employees in
improving their poor performance so that quality will be maintained in future planing.

Skill and knowledge activity
1.
Continuous improvement process means a continue or ongoing effort to improve business
products, services and structures. To implement continuous improvement structures, organization
should collect ideas in continual improvement process and then evaluate such ideas so that the
ideas and decisions can be implemented and it should be reviewed timely so that the potential
continuous improvement process can be carried in a better way.

Meaning of each policy and procedures
1. Increase efficiencies: When you have the new opportunities, always have the policies
regarding increase in efficiency so that new opportunities can be grabbed.
2. Mitigate risk: Risk is the part of every business, so every organization should make some
policies to deal with the risks.
3. Meet new challenges: Challenges should be met and accepted by organisation in a proper
way because, challenges are part of every business.
4. Monitor Business activity: Every business activity should be checked properly and be
monitored by the higher level authority(Kusakabe, 2015)
4. Waste management hierarchy
Waste management is a process of collecting waste, Processing it and recycle it in order
to reuse it or dispose it in a environment friendly way.

Waste management hierarchy is made to generate the maximum benefits from the
available waste. Here is the hierarchical format of waste management.
a) Avoidance
b) reductions of wastes
c) Reuse
d) Recycle

In our organization, records and reports are used for recording work team performance
because all records related to consistency, punctuality, efficiency etc are recorded so it shows
about the past performance of the employee and which helps in knowing about the performance
of employee and the team as a whole. Every team should be united and and take initiative for the
tasks so that team can come on top among all the other teams and can take appreciation of work
team performance.

 intuitive

As a team leader if I have to communicate with my team then I will make sure that
communication is effective and healthy so that an effective communication makes the work done
fast and in a better way. I will always appreciate feedback from team members so that it will
increase team performance and keep them motivated and satisfied.

To set the goals for operational progress,
1) one should must have the complete knowledge of operations than only goals can be set
by him/her.
2) Financial performance of the company is required to be understand so that operational
manager can contribute to the financial success of the company.
3) Before setting any goal, first one has to know the gaps in the performance of employees
and track the employee performance. (Sa'adah, 2017)

Rewards and recognition are important because
 It makes employee feel motivated
 provides job satisfaction to the employees of the company
 increases productivity of employees
 Rewards give reason to employees to remain in the company.
To encourage my team I would like to give reward in the form of promotions and
increment in their salary so that employees will have a reason for motivation and of working for
long with the company.

Three types of decision making process are as as follows.
 Hierarchical decision-making- This is from top to down where a boss or top level
management can make the decision and lower level management does not have the rights
of decision making.
 Proportional decision-making- In a particular area, a group has a greater say than other,
that group has the stronger connection than other with that particular area
 Consensus decision -making: In this decision making, everybody agrees in the end, and it
is reached by the group as a whole.
If I have to choose a single process of decision making than I will choose hierarchical decision
making process because decisions should always be taken by top level management people as

they are more knowledgeable and have more experience in decision making than that of lower
level management.

Continuous improvement is an ongoing process, to facilitate continuous improvement in
an organization, strategies are required to be developed and are actively encouraged and should
be communicated to all the stakeholders and organization is required to manage all the further
coming opportunities for better improvement in future.

Stakeholders is a person or group of persons who has an interest in the company and can
get affect or be affected by the business of the organization. And all the stakeholders are not
equal in the company. Here are some examples of the stakaeholders of the company.
Creditors of company,shareholders, Director of company, Suppliers, employees

Incremental change means a little effort towards an end result. In an organization, doing
an incremental change where the things are done rigidly or typically does not differ the on going
existing power structure. Records of incremental change helps the organization in a better way
but dost not mean it changes the current structure.

Steps that are used in performance improvement plan are as following:
 To improve the performance, first recognize the issue behind the poor performance.
 After knowing the reason of poor performance, involve the employee and have a frank
discussion with them.
 In every plan objectives are required to be set so set the objectives as they are the heart
of the performance improvement plan.
 Poor knowledge about the work and lack of skills can be the reason of poor performance
so give training for the work they have to perform in the company.
 Knowing the reason of poor performance and giving training for the same is important
but reviewing the progress is equally important to achieve the results.

The kind of support every employee require is, that they need new innovative techniques
to learn so that they can learn in a easy and fast manner. Along with providing training,
employees should always be listened properly so always give employees full attention on what
they want and need. Sometimes, employee need morale support too from the company so as a
company, morale support should always be given to employees.

When planning for the future, I would like to ask the following questions.

2. Where you see yourself in the next 5 years?
3. What is more important to you, your development or organizational development?
