to carry out change in its existing service management related policy in an

Liverpool is legislation which has a consequential influence on health and social
care services. It is being founded that government legislation are constantly
emerging as they search for ways in order to advance health and social care
services. One of the legislation passed by government is Health and Safety at
Work Act in 1974 and this was initiated so as to cub the rising number of accidents
in service provisions. As this Act aimed in protecting the individual receiving
health and social care services from harm. Thus, with warning CQC highlighted to
the services provider of Liverpool that they should be more diligent in the quest of
rendering services by ensuring observation of the health and safety measures, else-
wise the care home will be closed down.
On analysing the CQC (Care quality commission) report of Liverpool Health care
NHS trust it has been founded that there are various key factors which drive
changes within enterprise. Among all, one of the important factor which drive
changes within organization is related to high demand for health and social care
services. The demand for Liverpool care services is increasing rapidly as it is
being seen that some new diseases is being introduces from age group of 65 to 98
years of old people. Thus, with the aim to deal with such demand of service users
an enterprise has to brought varied changes in this existing system.
