INTRODUCTION
Social and health care have been providing medical services to people for last many
years.Services are mainly being provided by health and social care to people to support their
life. There are many polices and acts that are followed in this health and social care . The role of
different health and social care societies and trusts are also important for this sector(Batterham,
and.et.al., 2016.).
Different types of medical funding societies are being run to support the health and social
care. Now much enforcement is being done to facilitate the changes in this sector. Different
factors and challenges that are being done in health and social care will be explained here. Along
with this, strategies, impact and evaluation of all changes are being made here. Changes in
process of current situation are desired to make better future conditions.
PART 1
1.1 Factors that bring changes in health and social care
Changes may be taken place by enforcement or automatic process. In health and social
care sectorthe changes' means alteration of acts and procedures that may facilitate the better
conditions of services. Changes are brought to reduce the present or upcoming future risks. There
are many factors due to which changes are being taken place in health and social care..
Expectations of people are increasing day by day regarding health care issues. Health
careservicesarehiredby societyespeciallyfor theirpersonalrequirement.Privateand
government bodies are also changing according to the increasing expectations of people(Baum,
2016).
New advanced technologies and medical devices are being used by professionals to give
better health services. This can be seen now that new born babies are injected with different
kinds of vaccines after their birth within a regular cycle so that they cannot be affected by
disease in the future. However, in older times, it was not like the current situation. This shows
that how people are getting aware towards health care services.
Apart from this, the changing nature of diseases is also one of the reasons to bring
changes in health and social care. The pathogens and diseases causing microorganisms are being
altered according to the changing environment, so it isnecessary to make changes in the
treatment process of diseases.

There are many other factors like those that demographic, economical , cultural, political
and technological advancements in medical services drove changes in health and social care Life
style of people in current time is changing gradually that affect the health culture of society.
Life style behaviour like smoking, diet and exercises are related to factors that causes
changes in health and social care. There are many beliefs of society regarding many diseases that
have been changed and now people are aware of such issues(Brett and .et.al., 2014.).
By considering the economic condition, health and social care are trying to make
available all necessary medical services to people so that middle class people can easily get
services. Medical services are one of the expensive service therefore it is important to make
changes in order to increase access of patient to medication and clinical services.
Due to different changes in this sector, Government are updating the legislation process
related to re -organisation of such regulatory bodies. Demanding requirement of medical services
is now facilitated with updated technologies. that. Withtheemergence of technology clinical
services have turned advancement and made easymanagementat hospitals like customized beds,
trolley to carry clinical tools, Scan machines etc.
1.2 Assessment of challenges that bring changes in health and social care
Many changes have been made in health and social care for better health quality of
people. Nevertheless, people are not getting the required facilities in order to maintain good
health. There are many barriers which are restrictingpeopleto access health and social care
services. to meet with all available medical services(Stoddart, and Evans, 2017).
Following rules and regulation in health and social care centres helpstheorganisation in
managing changes effectively. Further, adhering to legal confederation helps social and health
care organisation in gaining trust of patients.Organisations that are dealing with these types of
services are not providing complete facilities to people. It is common that big hospitals and
medical services have been launched in market but yet most people are not able to get medical
services and treatments. Thus, it helps in determining need of changes in medication services to
manage patient centred care(Dewing, Cormack, and Titchen, 2014).
The service providers who are engaged in medical organisation are not fully devoted towards
health issues so which is restricting people to access advanced care services. According to
society, regulatory body are not providing services but the fact is that the medical service
providers are not following the rules and regulation.
