Challenges that are key factors of change bring
to health and social care services
In respect to deal with changes, benefit system topic has been
chosen in health and social care. In this aspect, there are
certain elements determines such as unemployment in health
and social care. In government and society challenges are
measure to enhance effective results of health and social care.
This two key factors has following impact:
• Government
• Society

Government
Due to unemployment, government unable to get taxes, GDP
growth and investment in projects. Thus, it creates challenge in a
nation to provide effective results within the environment. In
respect to make focus on design which create successful balance
in technical feat. Real challenges engage in these leaders,
managers, customers and stakeholders, etc. Therefore, leaders
need to support for carrying rights things which would be
beneficial to attain profitability at workplace. Example, changes
in policy, taxation, etc.

Society
In a society, there are certain challenges occur which need
to be solved for development of goals. In this aspect, it will
be work for future results and must be multi dimensional or
universal so that progress will be work with sustainability
the challenges. Example, demographic elements and future
expansion.

PDCA framework
In order to face challenges, following elements can be considered
in PDCA diagram so that challenges can be remove from work:
Plan: With carrying plan, all challenges in government and
society factors can be addressed that assist to develop solution in
successful manner. This will assist to grow performances and
objectives for establish guidelines towards project.
Do: With create activities, plan can be accomplish which would
be beneficial to develop solution.
Check: All elements need to be checked so that benefits can be
create in successful manner.
Act: As per the making plan, health and social care need to work
which would be beneficial to attain effective results.
