BENEFIT SYSTEM
Benefit system provide practical and financial support to
unemployed individual. It provides additional income to those,
who are earning very less and retired, ill or have any type of
disability. Benefit system impact on unemployment in terms of
following two factors :
• Government
• society

CHALLENGES
The challenges to government :
 The real challenge face by government is stabilise the system
and then make unpleasant choice.
 System is too expensive and can cause harm to economic
growth and development
The challenges to society :
 Complexity of benefits system creates misunderstanding
among the society. Needed people unable to getting the
benefits

THE CHANGES BENEFIT SYSTEM HAS
ON UNEMPLOYMENT
• The unemployment benefits provide income security to
disabled individual
• Income benefits is useful for people with mental distress,
they can fulfil their basic needs

• Government identify and analyse the problem and
opportunity, All the concerned area regarding

• Testing the potential solution for problem face by society
with pilot project

• The solution for challenges face by benefit system are
implemented
