How has this trip impacted on your knowledge of facilities management in the hospitality industry? I came to know about various roles and responsibilities of facilities management in satisfying needs of customers beyond their expectancy. It helps in increasing my knowledge about various additional facilities that are given by 5 stars Hotels in order to meet needs of its customers. I also came to that it is most important 3

Based on your observation during this trip, what constitute good practices in hotel facilities management operations As per my opinion Marriott by providing free Wi-Fi connection, spa services and valet parking was good practice that facilities' management operation has performed.
