Introduction
Operation management is that which manage overall working of
the organisation. Facility are the offerings of the hotel which is
provided to the customers and when it comes to the facility
operation management it simply means providing better services
to the clients. This assignment is based on Lonsdale Hotel. it is
an hospitality industry organisation. They mainly focus on
providing best services and offerings to their guest because this
is an industry which is totally depended on customers.

Every country have several regulations which is followed by the people
as well organisations which are existing there since laws and
legislations are framed with the motive of welfare of people and
also to make sure that there is peace and harmony in the country.

Data protection Act 1998 – This is an act given by the parliament of
United kingdom in the favour of customers that no organisation
have right to share information and personal details of their guest
with others.
Health and safety Act 1974 – It states that operation facilities have
to take care of their employees and customers both while offering
them services and products because if they don't feel safe and
secure.

Health, safety and environmental measures which have
to be implemented by facility manager
Customers are the biggest factor in business which can make the
market or also can break it for Lonsdale Hotel. Thus, respective
organisation have to take care of their employees and customers
both because they are the biggest assets through which Hotel
Lonsdale can sustain in market for long period as well as
achieve a good position also within the hospitality industry.

Health, safety and environmental measures which have
to be implemented by facility manager
Health – it is the responsibility of management department in
hotel to make sure that eatable items providing by them to their
customers and staff members should be healthy as well must be
prepared with precautions.
Safety – Facility manager of Lonsdale Hotel have to make sure
that appliances use in the organisation is safe and sounded
because these can be the reason of harm to guest and
employees both.

any pollution. Apart from this surrounding of the hotels look

United Kingdom for maintaining organization in proper manner.
