Introduction
Factor analysis involves considering a large sample of descriptive statements
or words that represent common concept – factor. ‘It attempts to account for
the interrelationship found among various variable by seeing how a group of
variable ‘hang together' (Prep, K.2016 Pg. 300). It is a complex task that
required a lot of thinking and skills especially when it involves statement
variables instead of figures in the case of statistics. The following are

authors and, are required to be grouped according to the common concept
they represent and infer the general idea – factor from the similarities of the
items .The skills gained from factor analysis is very important to first
researchers as this help them to handle validity test problem. (Fishman,
