This study analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the innovation process of FutureMed, a radiopharmaceutical company in Australia. The internal factors include human resources, research and development, management and leadership support, lack of ideas, financial resources, and weak change management. The external factors include industry maturity, customer needs and expectations, technological factors, intensity of competition, and regulations. Recommendations are provided to address these factors and improve the innovation process. The study also discusses the impact of marketing and technological factors on the innovation process.
