EXECUTIVE SUMMARYEach company is having their own environment where they are working an d it isessential for them to adopt these environment for the betterment and development of theorganisation. Business activities and functions are having effects of internal and externalenvironment and this is the responsibility of the management to arrange their activities as per theimpacts of environment. INTRODUCTIONChanges according to the contemporary needs stated as a development and it can be donein the products, services and over all industry(Stanbury, Whitaker and Hall, 2013). Developmentis a need to makes products and services more finer for the use of their customers. Businessentity have top be focus on regular development of business and management. Externalenvironment is having direct influence on the business so this is a need to adopt these impacts onbusiness to be more effective for customers. Political, environmental, technological and socialfactor are affects on the company to make their business activities. These forces works on thefirm and it has a potential to rule on the business and make their control on it. The externalfactors can make positive and negative impact on the company. This report is having focus onthe CELSA manufacturing company, which is a steel manufacture company. This company ismaking steel products, sheets and steel cables. This report is having focus on the externalenvironment and internal environment of the company and how it rules on the company. TASK 1This company is a UK based company which is working in the steel manufacturingindustry and they are having a high focus on their demands. So they have to maintain a regularproduction to make a consistent supply to their client companies(Duysters and Lokshin, 2011).Mostly this company is having a regular customers which is working in manufacturing industryso they are having a high needs of steel cables, steel rods for industrial use. They are having highimpact of external factors which can analysed by the PESTLE tool;PESTLE AnalysisPolitical; Rules and regulations made by UK government for steel manufacturing companies arehaving high influence on the company. CELSA manufacturing have to make their policiesaccording to these. As this company is having deal in the international market they have tofollow foreign trade policy which is prescribed by the UK government and legislation. They

have to give proper working environment for employees because it has a high risk factor ofaccidents in the company(Sorescu and et. al., 2011). They have to maintain proper ratio ofelement in their steel products. After the BREXI company have to make fair and separatepolicies for those employees which becomes from the EU nations. These employees are free tomove if they have got better opportunity. Political changes are having huge impact, newgovernments can make changes in the rule and regulations which have to be implemented in thecompany.Economic;This is an industry which is having huge investments and having a lot of impact onthe national economy. Inflation, recession, fiscal, monetary policies and foreign exchange ratescomes in this sector. As this company is working in the international market it is having a lot ofthreats of economical changes(Mason and Brown, 2013). This company is having their tradewith various countries so economical conditions of particular country is having a huge impact onthe company. In the recent times company had influenced by the recession and they have a largeloss of their capital. So they have to be aware about it and they have to make proper analysis ofeconomical conditions of their customer companies. Demands can be affected by this because ofthe changes and downfall in economical conditions of the company. CELSA manufacturing ishaving huge investments in their plants so economical changes and value of their money ismaking effects on their cost of capitals. Social; This is a high material and energy intensive enterprise which is having a need of doublequantity of raw material to make single ton of steel products. It is having a high consume of coalto covert iron in the steel. Most of the countries where company is dealing is having theirinfrastructure standard, trends and manufacturing styles which makes a differentiation in theproducts as the social needs of their customers companies(Luo and et. al., 2012). They have tomake different designs of steel girders which is demanded by the customers companies. Thesecustomer companies are influenced by their social elements and needs of customers. Most of thetimes a customer wants uniqueness and strong building infrastructure so their manufacturercompany's demands some speciality which is provided by the steel manufacture company. Sothese social element are having a large impact on the manufacturer company and it force them tomake changes in their products. Technological; This is an element which ruled on the company and they have to make changesas per the changes in the technology. Steel manufacturers are having influenced by the change of
