Urban Transport and Factors Affecting It Paper_1
Factors affecting urban transport1IntroductionIn this present paper, we will discuss the three main factors which impact on the urban transport. The paper also analyses the urban transport system across the globe. In order to evaluate the relationship in urban areas, there are two indicators, namely, offset indicator and road indicator, and its combination is known as urban transport indicators. Both the factors are dependent on theroad transport which can be identified through these indicators in order to consider the city-specific requirements for the purpose of sustainable development as well as the security enhancement. In the study of Kenworthy and Laube, 2001 which is developed on the basis of hundred world cities, it is mentioned that there are various factors which are related to the energy, environment, and transport. Schipper, and Chen, 2011 has also studied the nexus of the motorization trends and land use change which is done on three scenarios, namely, change in the impact of land use, rising of CO2 emission, and demand of transport energy which rises from theeconomic assumption and various other policies. There are various factors which impact on the urban transport such as demographic trends, urbanform which includes sub-urbanization that affects the travel distance of passengers as well as demographic trends. The wide accessibility to the urban mass transit system leads to reduce the overall energy user in the urban areas. There are various urban transport indicators such as road indicator, road length, and average vehicle travel distance which serve as a basis in order to makethe city-specific transport, environmental policies, and energy.Following is the analysis of general trends in gasoline consumption and vehicle ownership:

Factors affecting urban transport2Factors influence the urban deliverables. There are several factors that impact on the urban deliveries. In the current scenario, the urban transport systems have a sustainable impact on various factors of urban deliverables. The situation that we are discussing over here is in terms of urban deliveries which will require various actions that will be taken by the government, communities, and businesses. According toMc Kinnon and Woodburn, they will differentiate the levels of logistics in terms of decision making within the company (Donald, 2012). The factors will be dividing into many parts like thestructural factors, operational factors, functional factors and the commercial factors. The three set of factors have the differential strategy in terms of urban transport which weare going to discuss here as follows:

The researchers suggest that there is a significant increase in the sourcing in case of products delivered. The increases in the volume of goods and services that are traded online also have an impact on freight transport in terms of commercial factors. The divergence of opinion in terms of retailers and logistics providers will find out that the local sourcing is expected to be more common in the context of global sourcing (Figliozzi et al., 2013). The increase in the global sourcing will increase freight transport intensity of UK in termsof the economy. The supply chain control is one of the factors which is going to strengthen the responsibility of improving the performance of environment in terms of supply chain. In the caseof centralization inventory system, the statistical differences that will emerge within the differentsectors will contribute to the specialist system of differential sectors (Hao et al., 2014). There was also a fact of disagreement in terms of warehousing option in which the majority of logisticsproviders will be greater than the degree of relocation. The geographical concentration of manufacturing capacity and inventory continues the average length of having and the total km tonnes are likely to risen future. It is also noted that the increasing portion of freight will be maintained through the spoke networks of load networks in terms of retailer distribution centres (Williams, 2017). The expectation of growing demand in terms of green products and services
